Very difficult to find as within grounds of a park which had bollards at either end. Was hard to communicate with staff as they didn't speak good english so spent an hour just trying to get into the hotel grounds. Great view though once we were there. Couldn't have dinner so had to walk into town which was quite a trek and steep coming back. Was through a park though so surroundings were nice.

The two story room could have used a door for privacy between the two sleeping areas.

We loved the location and proximity to public transportation. The clean modern design of the renovated rooms is just our style. The shower was one of the best we’ve had - better than hotels we’ve paid two and three times more for. The lobby is lovely for meeting friends and the staff was kind and helpful.

Thoughtless neighbors who left their dog to bark in their room across from us. Not the fault of the hotel.

Close to transportation. You can take the tram number 38 and leaves you in the center of the city. Thee rooms are spacious, very clean and the staff is friendly.

We choose this hotel for the size of the room, because we are family with two little kids. Also there is a little kitchen which is very helpful for some small cooking for the kids. The location is a great plus for our needs and there is everything what we need in a very good proximity to the hotel.

The hotel is very old. They declare the parking option but didn't inform that there will be no available parking in the garage (not in the description, not in the message from the hotel). Upon arrival they just informed about no parking and didn't even excuse for sending wrong information. I had a very unpleasant conversation upon arrival at the reception. Issue with the safe box the staff couldn't resolve - they don't know how to operate with their facilities.

The location is great if you want to stay in Vienna outside the touristic place.

The rooms are comfortable and convenient, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel and it is easy to travel to the center. We are satisfied with our stay.

Excellent tram connection to central city (15 mins) this hotel is located in a residential area close to where my family live. Loved the kitchenette to give us some independence. Staff really helpful and we had everything we needed with modern facilities and a cafe and supermarket next door.

Do not accept a room on the first floor. It is a room with a small but shared!!! garden so you can't leave door or window open, neither to be in the room without heavy dark curtains. Not to mention noise people make and cigarette smoke you will feel because they smoke outside in front of your door. Really bad experience. Frustrating. Elevator exist, but still in the long corridors you have several stairs which makes heavy luggage difficult to handle. The promote kitchenette but no forks, knifes, spoons nothing. Pillows are too soft, you have to use two of them (only two you have in the bed), and some of the decorating pillows were damaged. Light in the bathroom very bad.

The only good thing about this hotel is staff at the reception. Very polite. And the beautiful surrounding (one of the most expensive parts of the Vienna). Nothing else.
