My room was very humid and smelled like someone smoked there. The walls were so tiny that i could hear how my neighbours were swearing. However, the staff was very friendly and organised a later check-out for us.

We had a problem with the air conditioner. We reported to the staff and they said it would be fixed my next morning, however it wasn’t. Our room was super cold for the whole stay and we had to wear couple layers for sleep.

new fresh clean, very fair for price, great value, friendly stuff, stayed here for 3 times, definitely will come back. From airport just take S7 or REX7 to Praterstern and little walk - perfect logistics, U bahn station nearby.

Well it is budget of course but the way WC is made is a bit extreme (door not closing + no light) :) Parking is expensive, breakfast is mediocre

The one thing I wish existed in the room was a hair dryer maybe, but alas, not a necessity by any means (plus this is a budget option, so I didn’t expect to find this there)

It was very simple and to the point! Nothing complicated, easy to find, warm (given that there were minus 7°C outside, there was a working AC that kept the room warm).

Unfortunately, the room stank. There were no bin bags in the bin, and the sheets had old stains on them!!! I have been to hostels (!) with better cleanliness standards. I did not like that the toilet had a cabin-like door- there was no separation between the toilet and the room. The bed mattress was quite firm- not the most comfortable.

Spacious room, quiet neighbourhood, very kind staff, decent price. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

The room was freezing, we moved to two rooms, still the same problem. Because they turn on the heaters. Why are the rooms cold and the heater not working in a cold country like Austria? We were cold, we asked for a second blanket, they gave it. There was no phone, hair dryer or disposable slippers in the room. It was a strange joke. They say they give hair dryers in return for a deposit. Who knows how many people have used them, how can I know that they won't break down? It's risky. And most importantly, the employees at the breakfast are very rude. We were afraid to ask questions. When we left the hotel yesterday morning, it was 6:05 in the morning. We said can we make sandwiches without going here to the reception, we won't stay for breakfast, we won't be able to catch the plane. They said of course. The woman in the kitchen reacted to us, we said we will prepare it, we only said if you give us three pieces of bread. She said that, she went in and came out and brought other things so as not to give them, we say we will be late for the plane, she says wait, wait. And she didn't bring the bread. She was a very disrespectful woman. And we left hungry without making sandwiches. I am complaining about that woman. She wanted us to be late.

The location of the hotel was in Prater. I liked Prater very much. The breakfast was clean and had a good variety compared to other places abroad. We liked the coffees very much. There is a metro on both sides, it takes about 6-7 minutes to get there.

The room was very strange - the shower was a part of the bedroom, with no separating wall!

I liked the location, it was next to two metro stations, and the staff were very helpful.
