I understand it was a budget hotel but it was beyond basic, beds were hard and uncomfortable, my pillow was hard as concrete, practically had to beg for an extra pillow, staff weren’t very helpful and house keeping woke us up super early by knocking even thought we left the sign to stay do not disturb, there was nothing in the room, 1 plug socket, no water glasses, no where to hang or store clothes etc, one very small towel each, no hand towels. Very noisy. Breakfast didn’t look very appetising and the choice again was very basic for what they wanted to charge for it.

Construction across the yard, so at around 6:30 the noise starts. Rooms are very cheaply furnished. Doors to toilet are worse that at train station, with lights on timer so it goes off even when I'm still using it. Sink and shower literally in the room without any separation. Thing about sink is, there's no sink plug, so all the slogans about conserving water are just wasted.

Hotel staff was disorganised and uncapable to deal with simple accomodation operations such as breakfast. The hotel was full and staff uncapable to cope with long queues and lack of food and seats. Uncomfy beds and poor wi-fi. Hotel to avoid.

There was no key card to enter the room and every time you went back to the room you had to wait for the staff to open it, the water in the shower and sink also didn't drain well which was unpleasant, the view from the building window is bad

The hotel is built like an enormous prison block, with identical rooms (cells) on multiple floors around a courtyard. Good for imagining Bentham's Panopticon.

Facilities were very few in the room. There was no kettle, press, no toiletries except soap, no coffee or tea maker. breakfast was same on all 6 days and not a slightest change in the menu at any of these days.

Staff was very cooperative and helpful except one. Hotel was neat and clean and at a nice location as well. metro stations are very near and surroundings are also nice. safe place to stay.

End 2024: they decided to give me a room facing a working site of a bulding under construction. Forced wake up "clock" at 7 am by some drills, hammers or welders. Unacceptable for av. 110+ euro/night. They should consider to close the rooms involved until end of works (I would say not before mid 2025 and I can tell, I was litterally IN the working site...).

Basic room but clean and large enough, good position close to a U1 (main line for city center) stop and Praterstern train station, you can reach the airport directly from there.

Pillows were not comfortable this time. the bed was OK, though.. Some wifi problems were on arrival, but staff reacted promptly.

Location - nearby metro station U1. Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Hotel offers what you need for sleeping if the majority of time you are out anyway. Cosy and minimalistics offer what you need for a week.

The toilets didn’t even have internal locking. Very less space for the sink. The heating was not working. They charges 135 euros for one night stay. I was initially planning to stay there for two nights. But right after seeing the condition of the room I booked the other night on some other hotel.

Behind the building there is a huge construction site. Saturday morning I was waken up by the loud noise at 7:30 am. My aim was to rest until 11am since the check out is at 12:00 … that wasn’t possible

The staff was so helpful and genuine. Made our stay so lovely. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the facilities were the ones provided in the booking. The location was also very convenient. Extremely worth it for the price paid.

There's no mistaking that this is a budget hotel, but the rooms have been so exceptionally well designed that it is very comfortable to stay here for a short time. I have stayed here before and would definitely choose to stay here again as it is significantly cheaper than many other places. The location is very good, very close to the U-Bahn and a pleasant twenty minute walk into the centre.

Bedding did not look clean. Flooring was unpleasant lino. Toilet door was not sealed from room.
