Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The frendliness of staff and ability to communicate is very good. The Hotel is clean, offers decent breakfast with sufficient food to start the day. The coffee was super nice. I like the proximity of metro station and proximity of parking garage. They offer also discounted rates for parking which is a plus.

PolandExtremely friendly staff, there were clean rooms available so the lady allowed me to check in early instead of storying my luggage until the proper check in time. I was really satisfied with the breakfast because they offer gluten free bread (you nee to ask the staff for it) and vegan options like hummus and veges. The hotel is located just next to metro, but also it is not so far to get to the city center walking (about 30 min walk).
