How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The staff at lobby, doesn’t seem kind. And the way i have to carry my luggage to the elevator because my luggage was almost 25 kg. And the food that the same menu every day, i stayed for 7 nights, so it’s pretty boring.
The cleaning part, always get new sheet, fresh and clean.

Bathroom, sink and toilet are all seperate from each other but are inside the room, so it can make things a little complicated if sharing a room.
Great price, roomy and close to the subway. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. They even allowed us to check in 9 hrs early with no additional charge. Highly recommend.

I did not pay in advance for the breakfast, I did it at the front desk without any issue. It's really good but a bit messy due to the number of people queueing

1. There were no cups or glasses in a room. It was absolutely inconvenient to drink water from the tap. 2. Only one towel per person and one common small for feet. Enough for taking shower only but not for washing hair. 3. Shower cabin was right in the main room and a bit too transparent. I was not happy about my privacy. Toilet room was a bit small. 4. Only 5 hangers for clothes - not enough for two people. 5. Breakfast is only cold food (no fried eggs or sausages), juice was low quality - just coloured water with synthetic taste
1. Location is perfect. Close to two Ubahn stations. Restaurants and park are close. 2. Bed was big enough and comfortable. 3. Cleaning and change if towels every day. 4. Furniture was new. However not enough for two people staying during several days. 5. Paymemt for breakfast every day in the morning - it gives flexibility.

Can't open the room window, not even a little bit. Room is kinda small, but that's to be expected, considering low price. There was construction next door, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.
Breakfast was decent considering the low price. Very close to metro station, so easy to get anywhere in Wien. Also very close to Prater, which was nice.

Room is really poor and basic. Breakfast overcrowded. Staff not friendliest unfortunately. But what did we expect for this money in Vienna? All fair enough.
Good location and price for Vienna. Pretty good breakfast with all the main types of breakfast food and coffe. Recommended for short overnight business stay or if in transit.

There was not enough stuff in the roo, especially cattle and glasses. It is also expected to to have fridge, closet. Iron and hair dryer was available at the reception but it is completely unpleasant to go yhere and ask for them... everything hotel has hair dryer in the room...I strongly recommend to reconsider your policy and complete the stuff in the rooms.

Our room smelled a bit. The bathrooms in the rooms are a bit strange. Looks like some architect had too much liberty when he designed the rooms. Missed a soap for washing hands in the room.

There was nothing to store clothes and the shower was in the room but it's a budget hotel ! We were already happy to have our own shower !!
Very good location for the price : directly on line 2 of the métro. Clean and minimalist.

The only thing we noticed is that there were a couple of ants/bugs in our room and they kept getting in our dog's food. Other than that the stay was wonderful.
The staff was very friendly and the facilities in it were quite good. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a reasonable size. Overall it was a nice stay for us and our dog.
