Family of 5 ,we have booked 2 rooms .When we arrive the receptionist wasn't able to fit us in 2 close rooms ,actually at the beginning the receptionist give us 2 rooms 1 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 9th floor, booth with 2 places each room even they saw that we are 5 all together. Finally after we got back to them they give us 1 family room withb 3 places and another room with 2 places as should be since the beginning. Everithing was fine afterwards. 🙂

Breakfast could be better. 10 minutes walk from train station.

in some rooms the shower and sink are placed randomly in the room, without being separated by a wall. The first days they cleaned the room well, while the last few days they didn't, we even found a cockroach

Never stayed at a budget hotel before so I was surprised to realise that the shower was in the room 😁 Overall it was clean but room was very minimally furnished.

Since it was summer period, I expected a bit stronger air conditioning, but when turned on all the time, it cooled down the room to the right temperature,

The location is perfect very close to the metro, Facilities were basiv, but good, cleaning was daily and the towels were changed every day.

A bit away from city center. The fee could be a bit lower comparing to the quality.

This is simple place good for one night as a facility, clean, silent and no problem, with good connection with the airport from Prater train staition. The price was a bit too high but also the availability of the hotels was low the weekend I was there.

We saw a small cockroach in the room, on the window sill. We didn't realise until we actually got there that there is not a single wardrobe to put the clothes. This was really a big problem but if we were to stay a few more days, this would have turned into a problem.

The room looked exactly like in the photos. It was great. The subway was very close and there were 2-3 stations to the city centre. Also the train that took us to the airport was near the subway, so very close. The staff was kind and polite

The reception staff's answers about transportation ans events in Vienna were not very knowledgeable. I also asked for a local restaurant recommendation, and was sent to the most empty please in the neighborhood. Also semi-transparent shower didn't offer enough privacy to my very self-conscious teenage kids.

Breakfast was great, varied and amazing value for money. Super comfy beds and amazing sleep - except for extremely noisy neighbors.

The rooms has not hair dryer and kettle.

Simple and clean rooms. Compfortable bads. The rooms has new bathroom and toilet. Close to tram line and huge park. Payment/ performans is good.

The shower in the room is not seperated with doors which is weird as you can see the person taking a shower from the bed. The toilet has no lock and no sound isolation.

Lots of options in the breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, well placed, good connections with the center.

The sound isolation wasn't the best but I guess that's more or less standard in these kinds of hotels.

A simple hotel with all the necessary requirements to make your stay in Vienna alright. The personnel was rather busy but supportive and polite. The rooms were clean and cosy. It was weird having a shower in the sleeping room, but I guess that's the price for a budget-class hotel. The breakfast was a standard buffet with various choices of food. Overall a nice place to stay.

It had no basic amenities whatsoever. Not a table, chair, seems like the room was meant for differently abled people which was given to us. No water, no kettle, literally nothing
