The hotel is currently undergoing some well needed refurbishment, which overall did not effect our stay although we were aware of disruption around the hotel The reception staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and basic. The Big Bus Hop On/Off stops right outside (Blue route, stop 4) which is a great way to see all the sights on a short break. Tram stops directly opposite the hotel and the Westbahnhof train and underground station 5 minutes walk away. We found a great place to eat a short walk away Bauernbrau with great authentic Austrian food and beer

The hotel is in a very good location with a variety of public transport options to take you to the sites in Vienna. Friendly staff, beautiful view of the cathedral from the room.

Good location, clean, welcoming. Standard IBIS hotel, no surprises. I appreciated they had their own underground parking (20 EUR per day) which giving the central location of the hotel, is a big plus.

The only downside was the soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the next room, which was a bit distracting at times. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling—it’s very close to the train station, which made getting around to the main attractions super convenient. In terms of value for money, it exceeded my expectations; the price was reasonable for what was offered.

Our room heating was not working. One member of the crew suggested there is nothing they can do, and we might be wrong as the rooms are "very hot" as if we were imagining. However thanks to other member Salem, we changed our room quickly and indeed the heating was apparently broken and we were not idiots. Also there was only one plug near the bed, which could be at least doubled.

The location was great, right in front of a tram stop with frequent connections to city center and hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was good although very crowded as expected. The room was comfortable albeit small, a little trash can in the room could be helpful. The night crew member Salem was a legend, he helped us greatly.

The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working so I ask the staff to fix it or to give me another option.They said it would be fixed, I stayed there 6 nights and nothing happend. No bathroom slippers, dental kit, rubbish bin except in the bathroom(very small). Kind of noisy room.

The light in the bathroom needed some time to start working. And the only trash can was in the bathroom. It wouldn't be a problem if they cleaned the room the next day but it didn't happen (apparently, they clean rooms every second day only)

The hotel is near the metro station, so it was very convenient to travel around the city and go back quickly if needed. Beds are quite comfortable. The interior is nice. And the cathedral in front of the hotel is mesmerising

Very good location. Staff is perfect everybody says hello when they see us. Toomany rooms but no chaos in hotel. We didnt want breakfast. I dont know about it. Thanks for Berke from reception. Our flat was 12 and very good wiev.

We booked a triple room, it was a bit small, the bare minimum, but ok.

The staff was always helpful when we needed. The location is good, very close to train, tram and metro stations. There is a Lidl supermarket 2 blocks away. The beds were good, and the room was clean
