Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceUnfortunately there was a hair on the sausage and a fly on the salami Not enough coathangers and initially I was not provided with additional so I bought them myself. Although another member of the staff was happy to provide more upon my return. I hope I find the ones I bought in the room next year when I revisit. Would like a greater variety i.e. in eggs and fruit. Also, I had an a issue with my room access card on the first day and it took a while to get fixed. The staff was extra friendly to rectify this not as quick though.

The location is great, in between 2 train stations. Both walking distances. Reasonable price for the stay.

HungaryEverything was as expected. The breakfast is difficult, one morning they let you just to eat and add to the room, on the other day they don't let you to access the breakfast even if you want to pay on the spot. Up to the guy in the area.
Basic but good Ibis in a convenient location, easy transport to anywhere. Very good parking. The rooms are basic, but okay for this price. A 0-24 vending machine could be useful.

United KingdomThe duvet had some blood stains and didnt realise until it was really late at night, so had to request them to change in the next morning. Also the elevators weren't working on our last day when we needed to take our luggage from floor 7th to do our check out.
The location was really good, close to the underground station, near to shops, some restaurants. The beds were comfy.

The hotel is very good for its price - check-in is fast, the room is clean, shower-towels are clean and comfortable, cleaning is done every day. Wi-Fi is enough to watch movies. Breakfast - the variety of food is not very big, but enough for different tastes and good quality.

Our stay at the hotel was completed in the best way possible. Good value for the money, nice rooms and hotel is really close to the city center. Good connection using public transport to all parts of the city.
