A more responsive personnel at the receiption

Everything went well except the receptionist i got the first day who had an attitude and kept me waiting as she worked on her computer

Comfortable room very clean but the hotel receptionists rude and incomponent to serve the guests. Everything else was quite satisfying.

Unfortunately there was a hair on the sausage and a fly on the salami Not enough coathangers and initially I was not provided with additional so I bought them myself. Although another member of the staff was happy to provide more upon my return. I hope I find the ones I bought in the room next year when I revisit. Would like a greater variety i.e. in eggs and fruit. Also, I had an a issue with my room access card on the first day and it took a while to get fixed. The staff was extra friendly to rectify this not as quick though.

Location is good, close to Prater with U-Bahn close for local transport. Hotel clean, no noise, bed comfortables.

Room was not that clean. Found some pieces of I think the inside of mattress foam on the bed and floor when I checked in. No kettle or cups to heat water in the rooms.

The location is great, in between 2 train stations. Both walking distances. Reasonable price for the stay.

There wasnt a fridge and a kettle in the room which were important for me. Staff was helpful but looked so serious.

Location was great you may take Subway everywhere. Bed and towels were nice. You may get hot water from reception whenever you want. İnternet connection was good.

Everything was as expected. The breakfast is difficult, one morning they let you just to eat and add to the room, on the other day they don't let you to access the breakfast even if you want to pay on the spot. Up to the guy in the area.

Basic but good Ibis in a convenient location, easy transport to anywhere. Very good parking. The rooms are basic, but okay for this price. A 0-24 vending machine could be useful.

The duvet had some blood stains and didnt realise until it was really late at night, so had to request them to change in the next morning. Also the elevators weren't working on our last day when we needed to take our luggage from floor 7th to do our check out.

The location was really good, close to the underground station, near to shops, some restaurants. The beds were comfy.

Nothing. You get all what could be expected from that class of hotel.

Convenient location due to close train station and easy navigation later one through the city area. Room was nice, clean with great view in my case. Nice and helpful personnel at the desk and bar. Meets budget standard for IBIS hotels. Breakfast okeish for 2-3 mornings.

The only big minus is the double bed and the mattress is very hard, in the morning your back hurts.

The hotel is very good for its price - check-in is fast, the room is clean, shower-towels are clean and comfortable, cleaning is done every day. Wi-Fi is enough to watch movies. Breakfast - the variety of food is not very big, but enough for different tastes and good quality.

The staff is very friendly, we had a problem with the sink in the room, and as it was Sunday and the handyman was not available, we got a replacement room. Our stay at the hotel was completed in the best way possible. Good value for the money, nice rooms and hotel is really close to the city center. Good connection using public transport to all parts of the city.

There was a little bit noice, but it was bearable. The person who cleaned the room left my purse on my pillow.

Sometimes it was too cold in the room, other times too hot. Also I met a cockroach…. The bed linen was not changed daily. One day they left only 1 towel, instead of 2.
