Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech Republic"Free WiFi" is not actually free, it has a data limit, then have to pay a fee. Annoying blue light of the air conditioning controller - disturbs at night.
Clean room with enough space and comfort. The hotel is close to public transport, shops, restaurants, parks and the river.

It's a very comfortable Ibis hotel. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was pretty varied and tasty. The hotel is close to the subway station and it's just about 4 stops away from the central Stephansplatz. It's good value for money.
