May be it was a little bit cold, but it can be because of I was not able to use air conditioner.

Great Staff! Nice people and great location, close to center, clean and comfortable room. Also close to markets. We spent 2 nights and we only went there to sleep but it was enough for us, because we mostly wanted to see the city.

Bed and pillows smell, covers are clean, but the pillow and quilt are probably too old and used by a lot of people and they smell strange.

The aircon didn't seem to blow air except when heating. Needed another table to put things down. Also the room being capable of a comfortable decent term of stay, a small fridge wouldn't go astray but it was an Ibis Budget so makes sense.

Big room, clean, and comfy mattresses. Surrounded by supermarkets and basic restaurants. Close to bus and train stations. Staff were very helpful despite being very busy when I stayed.

It's an Ibis and the same as they are almost everywhere, only one small detail was missing..

The breakfast was very limited in what it offered. I was also disappointed that I couldn't store my luggage during the day of check out.

Position is quite far from the city center, good to reach by car from the highway (our reason for this choice) - but to be aware of that. High price due to Taylor Swift scheduled concert.

No hair dryer inside the bathrroom, no baggage drop off and the room looks like your in the hospital but quite big

The shower stepping out straight in the room was a bit odd; maybe getting a bit of a “wall” to separate it/give some privacy as there wasn’t any in this room at all + the lack of plugs by the beds was really uncomfortable.

Clean, tidy, comfortable beds, nice staff, good breakfast, quite cheap. Perfect location after a concert at Astra venue. The glass window completely isolated the room from the noise from the street.

There is no provision for keeping luggage once you check out which is an inconvenience when you have a later flight.

While it's not expensive, the price is a bit on the high end. Especially consideringg the austerity of the room. Only one electric outlet?!?! Not a single shelf or a cabinet to put the clothes... one chair in a room for 2...

The sink in the room did not drain water well. I told at reception to fix it, however, they didn't. I stayed three nights, however, there was no room cleaning for all days.

This place is very practical when we come with tall van we can park it at 8 euro/day in Park and Ride Erdberg

We had to wait quite long at check-in. I didn't like that there was no power outlet next to the bed. We couldn't use our phones and laptop from bed if we needed to charge them. The staff only came to clean our room once when we were inside so it was not the appropriate time to us, and they did not come back later. Because of this, we ran out of toilet paper and had more trash than could fit in the trash can. The shower tray can be quite slippery, and i didn't like that shower door was half transparent.

We came to Vienna for a concert, and we were very happy to find accommodation that was close to our bus and the concert venue. Our room was nice and clean. I liked the lamps, and mirrors. I was glad that the heating could be adjusted inside the room, so I was never cold. Check out was easy and not too early time.

Some of the receptionists should either show more empathy or find themselves another job. They look suffering at this place. A breakfast is quite basic and is very much bakery-focused. Considering the fact that the overwhelming majority of the guests is international, a less localized approach in its preparation should be considered. Finally, I did not understand this issue with the ladies walking around the stage and offering room service (this wasn't so during my stay in 2023). One of them even opened the door without a permission while I was lying in my bed being naked. This should be better organized.

A good location (variability of the supermarkets, close to the U3 Gasometer station and VIB).

The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options, and the location is also really good, the metro was reachable within 5 minutes, so it is really easy to reach the centre.
