Very unpleasant staff at reception - unlike the pleasant, knowledgeable ladies at breakfast. A good morning and a smile do not exist on either shift. Clearly the customer is for them, not them for the customer. Parking (€24 per day), cramped, with difficult access. The hit: you can put your bike in the parking space next to your car (how they imagine this when there is barely room for a car, not to say), but if it sticks out into another space you will be charged extra. This the lady at reception was able to say. 2 euros per person per day electricity charge, of course hotel cards cutting off electricity as standard, just for fun :) Hard to recommend this hotel.

Our room was on the first floor with windows right to the smoking area, so we couldn't open curtains or window. Shower was good, but there were no curtains or door separating it from the rest of the bathroom so half of the bathroom floor was wet after showering

Good location, near to the centre and public transport. Room was clean, stuff was helpful. 24/7 check in.

I wish breakfast was at a reasonable price, the cost was 19 euros per person so we went round the corner had breakfast in a cafe for 15€ for two. I understand they need to make profit. Booking.com needs to also keep track of tax changes. Austria now charge a 4€ energy tax per person and this was not on the website at the time of booking.

I have told there is a car park reserved for me then when I reached the hotel they told me the car park is full and I have to go to another one which is 5 min walk which is obviously very hard with family and bags. when I argue this point with the recipient the person was not happy about it. the bottom line I won’t visit this hotel again. for the breakfast it was very basic and it is a waste of money to book the room with breakfast. Internet speed was very slow approx 5MPS

Iron board and iron, when you travel for business this was below expectation. Wi-Fi was very poor, and for 200 EUR+ per night, this was very unsatisfying. Staff was helpfull but not in the best mood when we arrived.

Room size and look and feel was really nice, the hotel looks quite cool and classic, nice for a weekend in Vienna Breakfast was okay, what you would expect, nothing more, nothing less.

This hotel is nothing like in the photos. The view from the window was horrible. When taking a shower, even very carefully, water flows out of the shower pool everywhere; it’s not protected. In the end, you have to pay extra for the energy - 4€ for one night. I have never seen that before. I don’t recommend it at all.

The sloping ceiling meant we had to constantly be careful to avoid hitting our heads, which we still did. The lack of breakfast seems miserly for such an established hotel.

Breakfast could be included at that price, which was quite high considering we had no balcony and were in the attic storey (so the ceiling was sloped) and thus lacked full head height.

Located near a few bars, street-facing rooms can get some noise at night. Bathroom could use some additional hooks and toiletries. Overall the hotel provides good value for money and is close to the train to the airport.

In room 201 , the internet connection was very slow, only 1 of 4 lines of strength connection. After 1 hour the internet went down for 6 hours.

I didn’t like that the shower had a curtain, which doesn’t keep the water inside the shower. So the rest of the bathroom gets pretty wet, so a towel would get soaking wet each time I showered.

The shower head could be more comfortable. I would have appreciated free water from minibar.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. The hotel is 3 minutes walking from metro station and tram stop. Great breakfast with a good variety of food (sweet and salty). You can leave at the hotel your luggage if you want to enjoy the city before your flight.

No Shampoo, no hair conditionier. Just universal soaps. For 4* hotel think needs to be also good restaurant, but there wasn't

We were a mother and her daughter. And suddenly two men entered the room. It turned out that the receptionist gave them our room ... As soon as they saw us, they left the room And probably got another room ... It could have been very unpleasant, and it left us with a frightening taste.
