For a 4 stars hotel, the rooms cleaning needs lots of improvement. Floor was dusty and was never swept for the entire lenght of our stay. We even found a small empty box in the closet left by a former guest. Only the bed was redone.

The hotel is close to the city center. Spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was quite standard. It would be good if there were more dairy-free or vegan options. But the fact this is my only area for improvement should show how excellent everything else was.

The room was very spacious, cozy and warm. I especially liked the bed and duvet. Everything worked properly and was clearly well maintained. The location was great, just several minutes walk to 2 underground stations and less than 15min to a train station with tram stops. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a very relaxing stay!

Quiet and spacious room with a large closet to store clothes and things. Bed was very comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows, with power blinds that let in natural light. Breakfast was superb with lots of healthy choices. Coffee was great. And the staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was not the same as we expected (based on the pictures from the site). It was little and on the last floor (seemed like a part of an attic).

The room is a little bit small but it didn't affect the overall good experience

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The location was great, not far from Prater park and 2 train stations from the city center. The hotel seems to be new or after renovation. The room was very clean. The staff was always friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included many options as well as a gluten-free option. The Sauna was great (we used it once and wish we could spend more time there especially in those cold winter evenings). We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and consider it for our next stay in Vienna.

Almost everything was perfect, just a small things like some hygiene products such as body (hand) lotion, cotton pads, etc. were not available in the room. But that is only details, everything else was perfect, especially location. We enjoyed our stay.

Not changing the sheets for 3 days

The room was very big and clean, the bathroom very cozy and elegant. Nothing was missing! Complementary coffee and tea, towels, soaps, hair dryer, safe, wardrobewith hangers, comfortable beds. Everything great. The only one thing I didn't like was not changing the sheets for 3 nights straight, I sincerely do not get it. We accidentally spilled a drop of tea on the sheet, it was still there for 3 days. The receptionist said it was up to de cleaning service to decide whether the sheets should be changed or not, but honestly for 189/night you must change the sheets, especially if there's a stain on it. Honest breakfast, many many options even though always the same every day but you dont get bored. I'd say a bit overpriced overall, but my guess is that happened for the short notice reservation. Very close to the subway, 2 stops and you're in the beating heart of the city, a nice 10 min walk from the prater. Approved!
