The beds where a bit hard/too firm.

The hotel was very well located. Very close to the Hop on Hop off tour bus. The staff where very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Air conditioning was something that was needed as the temperatures where in the high 20s low 30s the whole time in Vienna.

A bit expensive for what you get Some keycard issues during check-in Had to slam the door quite hard to keep it closed, luckily we figured this out when we first left our room. A bed cover would have been nice

I didn’t like the shower situation. By the time all of us finished taking a shower the floor was flooded. The shower didn’t have anything to prevent the water flowing out onto the bathroom’s floor.

The check-in was fast, the staff was friendly, the hotel was super clean.

Good location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to lovely bars and restaurants in the vicinity. 10-15min walk to downtown. Spacious rooms, with great terrace on the fifth floor. Would come back again here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very near to the Underground station hardly 500m and bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The hotel is 2 stops away from Stephanplatz which is the city centre.

Speedy check in and check out, we spent the day in the town, so we did not use the restaurant (I could not review it as I have not tried it). The staff was very welcoming and open to our needs, room was cleaned daily.

Gym has very limited facilities ! Pillows were really old and soft. The desk in the room needs a separate lamp. Breakfast was a bit lacklustre. Staff were helpful but not all were overly friendly.

Check-in at 3 o'clock is the only one inconvenient thing.

Overall hotel looks really good for it's value, considering prices for other hotels, this is the one of the best options you can find near city center. Pleasant and helpful stuff, comfy room and nice bathroom.

my room is on 6th floor and elevator just up to 5th floor and one floor to upstairs we should take baggage myself and another thing one of receptionist was very impolite , just this ,we stayed one night and cleanliness is the best thing about this hotel , and also location is good and we access to transportation very easy

Wifi was pretty weak on the 4th flour. I couldn't conduct my online meetings from the room.

I enjoyed my stay here. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I also liked the quality and smell of shower gel. Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Location is good, you can walk everywhere.

It was near the center, you could walk on foot til there. We did not use our car..they provide garage, but you ll have to pay 25€/night for it.

the room was very nice as was the hotel bar and restaurant. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was good. we would stay here again.
