The Toilete is still smell after Urine and not properly clean. The pillow case and bed sheet looks like it was reused or did'nt change at all.

The room could have been cleaner. The pillows were not very comfortable and the first night the room was very cold because the radiator was not working. Since we spoke with the contact person they fixed the radiator and provide us new pillows. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for 2 nights compared with the facilities and the cleanliness of the room has highly expensive!!

Pleasant hotel with very friendly reception staff. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom needs some maintenance as there was black mould all over the ceiling. No breakfast was available at the property but there was a great bakery / cafe across the road. Pleasant enough for a one night stay.

No hot water for shower, no staff available in the morning to sort out the problem. Bathroom door could not open fully as prevented by the bed!

If you arrive late in the night no-one at reception. Your keycard will be stuck to the reception's locked office window in an evelope for pickup. No restaurant to eat in an evening but the bakery opposite on the corner is very good. Can sit and eat pastries/ sandwiches with coffee etc.

The reception lady is super super helpful. Very happy & goes beyond her duty. Explained how to get to the city centre, old town & places to eat when late. The location of hotel is good. Only a short 7/8 min bus journey to old town via number 3 bus. I suppose you could walk but would take alot longer. Good safe parking onsite. We stayed teo night and was nice to know the car was in a safe location overnight. Spaces are limited. Try to get here early as the 6/7 spaces get taken quickly. We just used this place as a base to sleep and for that its good value for money. Rooms are clean, basic but forwhat we needed - great choice.

There was no one at the hotel and nobody picked the phone as well. Finally the cleaning had to call and thats when the call was picked. The price shown in booking.com does not include city which was charged extra at the hotel.

The place was clean with an old charm ,very near to centre of Salzburg and ample parking space .

Staff later in the evening had some major incidient, where staff was involved, there was fight, it wasnt nice. Polce also were involved later, i felt scared and not safe there.

The hotel described online is not what you get. The rooms are old and the bathroom was dirty. The shower door was broken so the whole bathroom floods when you take a shower. The staff was friendly but very disorganized. It is stated that check-in is from 14:00, however the staff was late to work and we ended up waiting long to check-in. Our room did not seem to be cleaned and there was no towels provided. I would not recommend this place during the summer, there is only a fan. In our room, the window was broken so we couldn't open it, and the heat was not bearable. Also, it states online that there is a restaurant on site, this is a lie. Apparently the restaurant has not been operating for a year or so.

The rooms were clean, but just barely. (One morning, I walked by the janitor closet and saw the cleaning woman smelling some bedsheets, as if to determine if they were clean enough for use... not encouraging). No A/C Lots of people hanging around on the street below hotel, and it wasnt just one night.

The internet doesn't reach the room. The guy from reception said he would try to refresh the modem, but it was obvious that was not the problem because the wifi worked well in the reception, but as soon as you reach the stairs, you cannot get a signal anymore! Also, the staff is friendly, but it seemed to me, that during the night, they do not realize they are taking care of a hotel, where people are expecting to sleep. They kept talking and laughing very loud the whole night, which made it very difficult for me to have a nice night of sleep.

we arrived hour after check in, the room was just beeing finished with cleaning, so we waited few minutes. the cleaning was not perfect, still dust on the floor. overall on the first look the room was clean. the bathroom had I think mold on the ceiling, it did not looked good.

Very uncomfortable bed, saggy foam mattress and pillows filled with chunks of foam. Entry door is glass with no curtain so get woken up by sun at sunrise, (4.30am or so). We had ground floor room in motor inn section( not in the main building) so couldnt leave the room's single window open due to no security cover which meant room was very stuffy at night and lot of noise from people parking cars and unloading right at our rooms front door. Rooms are not serviced daily.

Very close to city, bakery and tram stops, lots of space in room. Easy to find and can walk to main station if needs be.
