The whole experience could have been better . I asked if we could have an electric kettle . The reception guy said he'd find one . He didn't . The next day we saw one in the room next to ours, which was unoccupied . The staff were generally not really bothered .

It was okay for one night on our road trip . The bed was comfortable enough . No aircon in our room or extras . There was a fan . Maybe the rooms inside the building were better equipped . But it suited us to have an outside room because we had a dog with us .

One of the pillows was missing a pillow case, so we had to wrap one of the towels around the pillow. We were traveling with a dog, and I asked what was the charge for a dog right when I reserved (which was 1-2 weeks before we traveled), but no-one answered until the day of our stay

The location is 30min to the center by foot. We arrived very late so all the parking spaces were already taken, however, we requested a parking space before we arrived, so the manager told us where and how we can park the car inside their parking space.

Room wasn’t ready even after 14, we had to wait for towels, supposed to be Junior Suits with 2 beds, it was room with one bed and one “extra” which they brought after some time. I could go and go but well, definitely not worth the price.

The patio was not that clean. There is no refrigerator or kettle. One of the rooms is very small and there's the funny window in the shower.

The rooms were okey. You can see the mountains form the patio, and there is parking on premises. Helpful staff.

no towels in the room. Not possible to get in contact with staff to get it sorted on the evening of arrival. flooded sink, staff aware but didn’t do anything about it nowhere to park the car without blocking someone else’s car, even though free parking was promised on website without pre booking expensive

We arrived at 4.00pm . Bedroom was not ready. Reception and staff seemed in chaos. Dirty laundry piled up everywhere in corridors. Parking limited and staff seemed harrased and overwhelmed. Quick to take extra money which was changed from 77 euros for the Friday to 104 for the Saturday. We were told that there was no restaurant which we later saw was empty full of leaves and cigarette butt's strewn outside. Not at all what is shown on the website . We could not find anywhere to eat or drink. There was one shabby pub opposite which only took cash. We eventually got our room done by a shattered worker who didn't leave any towels. There was a kettle there but no cups and saucers or tea. Underneath the bed was thick dust and someones shoe. The sink drain was blocked and we had to walk up four flights of stairs for the privilege ! This is a badly managed hotel and needs to have staff recruitment and training. Come on booking.com this is not up to your usual standard ??!

Only thing I can say is the mattress was comfortable.

Nothing sophisticated, in quiet neighbirhood, with parking place. Good for short stay. In walking distance (~2km) to old city center (nice walk, great biking;)

There was nobody at the reception at the checkout time but it was solved quickly, there was also an issue with cleaning when we arrived but it was solved as soon as we talked to the staff about it.

The room was good and comfortable, it was good for the price, the staff was helpful and nice any issue we had was solved quickly.

The veranda could have been a little tidier and an area to buy a hot drink would have been great.

Loved the large room, deep bath, comfortable bed and outdoor veranda. For the price we were paid we were very satisfied.
