One bathroom was fully equipped. The second bathroom did not have a sink (had to use the other bathroom's sink or one in the kitchen). A drip coffee maker was available with filters provided. However, there was no coffee grinder, ground coffee provided, or prior description of coffee type needed. There was no dishwashing soap provided for hand washing, though dishwasher tabs were provided.

View was amazing. It was clean, well equipped, and had friendly staff. Proximity to outdoor activities was great. Children's toys were provided in the apartment and in the main lobby.

By breakfast you haven't got a wide range of foods to choose, but what you get is really yummy. However, 12,5 EUR/person/day it's a bit much for this... it would be nicer to have for example eggs too..

The location is perfect, it's really easy to reach the nicest little towns there. The house is cosy, clean, friendly, modern, perfect to stay, the view is also nice. Hallstatt is 16 minutes from there, Bad Ischl is 10 minutes. But if you want to stay in a nice, silent place closest to nature: this is the perfect choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are coming back, that's sure. By breakfast the baked goods are delicious, excellent, superfantastic. :)

During our stay in August, our room was very hot at night. There was no fan or air conditioning. My husband and I decided not to open the window because there was no window screen. Bring your own portable fan. Otherwise, the room was clean and has a lovely view though pretty small in size. We paid for breakfast. There was a good selection of cold cut and the lady offered us freshly cooked eggs. Unfortunately they ran out of coffee and we didn’t get any refill of juice after the first cup. While we were there, there was one other occupied table. The owner was there in the dining room but ignored us the whole time. He was busy chatting and joking with the young ladies next to us. Would I stay here again? I’d rather explore other options in the area. This place is lacking comfort and friendly hospitality.

This is an older property with renovated rooms, lobby, and dining area. No elevator. Outside of these areas I found the original 50s/60s decor to be a little creepy in the dark. Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of parking.

The room and the hospitality we received were out of all proportion to the high cost. Bad value for money. When you try to give a score to the room and the board as a whole, you must compare to places of the same price. In such a comparison, the score is lower than 7. The bed and mattress were bad! sinking and too soft. The pillows, on the other hand, were not soft enough. In the small shower, as mentioned, there was no place for towel hangers, and there was no soap in the container for bathing. The furniture is extremely simple, and there is not even a kettle in the room to boil water.

The place is quiet. But far from any urban center.  The room is relatively spacious. (although the toilets are very small). Water in the shower is hot enough. Gef himself tried to help us with recommendations on where to travel.

The room is very basic. No elevator,no shelves in cupoard to put clothes except for hanging ( probably suitable for ski). No cattale in room only at the entrance /lobby ,hardly with any water. No availability to fill it in the evening with water since kitchen is closed. . No cieling fan when it's hot. Lobby facilities are very basic. .

The king beds only had a single duvet on them. The shower leaked, the wifi was very poor. There was no aircon and the one bath towel provided was small and poor quality.

Jeff is not a people's person. He was at times very rude and unwelcoming. Not someone that should be in the hospitality industry. The pictures are not accurate. The place is very old. He's tried his best to make it a bit new with updating some of the furniture and beds. There is no kettle in the room. So you can't make yourself tea and coffee. And he doesn't allow you to use the breakfast area. He also doesn't have a tap near the kettle that you are allowed to use and insists you fill the kettle up in toilet. Which is very unhygienic.
