I stayed in the female dorm with a city view that includes breakfast and it was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and I requested one on the bottom bunk with a privacy screen (not all beds have this). Pillows were a little soft and small but I also traveled with a neck pillow so I managed just fine. The bunk was spacious and cozy. The lockers were big and the room was very big. The views of the city were spectacular and you could see the palace in the distance. Sunset views from the rooftop a must!!!. Bathrooms are cleaned daily and you can rent a towel at check in. The location is great. Easy access to trams and metros to get you to the old town and the palace. It's located on top of an IKEA and there's a Billa grocery store and food options just inside the mall/station. Be mindful a lot of places close down on Sundays and the restaurant at the hostel isn't open everyday. I was there during a city marathon and things were a bit different. They host lots of events on the reception floor which is great for socializing. They also host events that bring in the general public but you cannot hear the noise from the rooms, or at least I could not hear it from our room. Great stay and wonderful staff. The reception helped answer any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

Prefer hostels with bathroom facilities outside the room to not interrupt roommates sleeping. Pillow provides was much too thin.

The pillows are way too thin considering how solid the beds are and I would say the sheets are also too thin as it gets very very warm in there with so many people and could feel the mattress underneath when waking up so hot. But I asked for an extra pillow and that helped a bit. Not very good lighting at night where the sinks are, when you don’t want to wake people up by putting the main lights on. There seemed to be switches by the mirror but none of us could get these to work so not sure if it was just the room I was staying in. The area around the ikea can seem a bit rough with some dodgy looking people around each night however they never once approached or bothered me and I felt pretty safe overall as a female solo traveller.

I liked the rooms. Very spacious and huge windows all across the room showing a beautiful view of Vienna. The bunk beds were good and good privacy. Two bathrooms in the room both with a shower and toilet in each. The sinks are on the outside of the bathroom in the room, with mirrors. Good storage space just don’t forget to bring a padlock. Good social vibe, some events during the week but not as many as thought. Nice social areas outside the rooms very comfy to sit and play games on, or lie or sit down and chill, all with charging ports. A kitchen and fridges to store and cook your things. A good location right by a main train station, shops and restaurants. Met some really nice people here travelling from different countries. Overall, I had a great time.

Unfortunately, not the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed in. The main issue is that most the beds don’t have black out curtains so it seems like the rooms aren’t maintained well. The location and bar area is cool. I would stay there again just not the best hostel experience. The beds are also pretty uncomfortable and the rooms aren’t the cleanest. The location is easy though!

Beds should have a personal light inside, if you don't want to wake up your roomates you end up using the phone light and is not comfortable. I would like a chair in the bedroom too but the rest was perfect. I think is not a good hostel to meet people, is just to sleep and enjoy the city.

I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly specially Seba and Claus. What I loved most was the rooftop, one of the best views of Vienna and the sunset there was perfect. The hostel is clean and although is not close to the city center is very easy to get there because the station is less than 2 blocks.

This place was amazing. The vibe is great, especially in the common areas which are gigantic. The kitchen is awesome, and their restaurant also serves very good food. In general all amenities are great. I stayed in a 10-bed dorm, and we had 2 bathrooms, both were great and very clean. Breakfast was also very nice. location in very central, although a little hard to find, it is unique and it adds to the vibe. Wifi was amazing. I had multiple business calls there, no problem.

The infrastructure is amazing, very clean and organized. I loved the only woman room, the shower is very nice and clean as well. The view from the window is absolutely stunning! The interior design caught my eye and I think feels really good be on a place so aesthetic and artistic!

There was only one chair in the room, which was not enough for four people. Adding a small desk, table, or even a shelf for knick-knacks would make a big difference in terms of convenience and usability. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a charging socket by each bed—it made things so convenient. The staff and guests were all incredibly friendly, creating such a warm and welcoming vibe throughout the hotel. Highly recommend
