We were woken early in the morning (7.00am) with works going on outside the hotel, but the hotel had warned us of this prior to our stay.

We did not use any facilities, but the room itself was well equipped, clean and very comfortable.

dinner isn't available as they don't have a kitchen but did offer room service from a selection of pizzas and baguette and more then happy to suggest locations close by for sit down dinner not a major issue but If your looking to sit down in the hotel for dinner can't be done

the staff where excellent and very accommodation beds where super soft surprised me with a cake during breakfast for my birthday from the staff pet friendly saw loads of dogs offered macrons in the hotel room

It is nice to get a welcome email, with upgrade offers and how can we help make your stay great prior to travelling. Maybe because they came to my email and as app notifications but there were more than average in this case!

Thd breakfast was great with a broad selection of options. Service was from 7 to midday. Even though we ate early it was great as an option to be able to sleep in and still get a breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

I wasn’t fond of the shower, as it wasn’t possible to adjust the hot and cold water separately. While we weren’t cold, we couldn’t turn on the heating in the room, possibly because it’s centrally controlled. Overall, it’s a good hotel with good service.

We didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel, instead, we enjoyed dining at lovely cafes nearby. The location is decent, although the hotel is outside the old city center, where hotels are likely more expensive. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the old city area.

The hotel was a distance from the main sights and involved a lot of walking. Also there was no information at reception about excursions and hop on hop off buses. Finding information was like breaking a state secret. Also our room was small for a four day stay.

The hotel's location is more than excellent for walks around the center of Vienna. Our room, as well as the hotel itself, were extremely clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even prepared a tasty surprise for my birthday. I also recommend the hotel breakfast, as it offers a wide variety and is served during a very convenient time frame.

We expected a 4 star property but this place was far from it. We had a Deluxe Room that was extra large but it was barely furnished. The closet space was very small and there were barely any shelves. There were no drawers either. We could not unpack and hence lived from our suitcases. Bathroom had no vanity items and when we asked for that we were given products that are not lux and are not in accordance with 4 star properties. This was more like a 2-3 star property. The worst part was the breakfast room where we were packed like sardines even though the hotel had two restaurants and could have chosen to open both but did not. Instead they packed the tables so close together that we could shake hands with people sitting at the adjoining table. It was very difficult to find the time when the restaurant was not completely full and leave the time for sightseeing. The self serve breakfast was difficult because waiters would not even serve us water and coffee which is a standard in hotels of this rating.

We had a large quiet room and it was very clean, but the above photo is not representative of the exterior of the hotel as there is hardly any space in front of the hotel that’s located on a very small side street. The garden view is nonexistent! Magdalena and George went out of their way to make it more pleasant for us and we are grateful for their help.

Excellent location, a very short walk to the Museum Quarter and the centre. Quiet location. Rooms were very comfortable, a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. We had to ask at the bar for milk though. Lovely welcome gift of macaroons! Great shower and good bathroom. We also had the breakfast buffet. Great selection of hot and cold meats and cheeses, fruit, yogurt and different bread rolls. Great value. Staff were welcoming and gave a great recommendation for a nearby Greek restaurant on our first night.

Everything was fine and this is the best value in the area!

This lovely hotel near Vienna City Hall and Parliament is not far by tram from the Opera, palaces and shopping district. The area is not far from Univ of Vienna, but is semi-residential and safe. There are a number of good restaurants like Marienhof and Fromme Helene a short walk away. The hotel's breakfast is outstanding: for example, instead of making a big batch of scrambled eggs for the morning and let them dry out, this hotel renews the dish and they are tasty. There is FRESH orange juice and great Viennese pastries. Room and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful for getting round. Extra tip: take Uber from the airport at about 30 e as a taxi can cost twice as much.

Excellent find in Vienna. Booked at short notice and did not know what to expect. Staff were extremely helpful and roim was a great size and much bigger than expected. Hotel was well appointed and close for a walk to centre of the city.

Cozy and amazing hotel right behind the austrian parlament, which is a great starting point for the inner city. The staff was super nice and friendly, answering questions and providing info upon request. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of high-quality products. Don't expect a great view as the hotel is located in a small quiet street, Though it's not a deal breaker, the hotel is providing great hosting experience with friendly and professional staff and great location. Will definitely stay there again!

The lay-out of the room was badly designed. A big entrance hall, which could have stored a large wardrobe and give more space in the smallish (standard) bedroom. We had a room with a shower, but found that the bathroom was cramped with not much space in the shower, nor much space to put toiletries.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Hotel is in a quiet side street, close to underground stations and the old town hall. The double bed in the room was comfortable.
