Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. Air condition in all hotel spaces was good in very hot weather.

There is a road reconstruction in front of the hotel and we had worries weather it will disturb us. But likely we didn't heard anything at all.

Location is super central - 5 minutes from Parliament, Volksgarten or Museum quarter Personnel - very friendly and helpful! I don't remember all the names, but receptionists Thomas and Thomas were friendly at ch/in, Olga from housekeeping was really helpful with my queries, Maxim and all the staff at breakfast room - just amazing! Dora M. from reservation team explained everything regarding constructions - absence of noise was the important factor for our trip. Breakfast is really good with a big verity of fresh options, omlet, pies and tasty coffee.

Nothing to dislike!

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the major sites and public transport.. The street the hotel is on is very quiet which meant we slept well. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were helpful we were able to leave our bags on both arrival and departure days in order to get out and about before check-in and after check out. We didn't have breakfast but it certainly looked good and was served in the dining room or out in the courtyard. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Room configurations. Initial room allotted absolutely terrible with head hitting on roof. My friends room had three levels. These are nit certainly suitable with elderly people and with baggage.

We learned that the hotel’s entrance street was under construction 3 days before we arrived. Also couldn’t get the highest floors - 4 or 5.

All the stuffs are awesome! My daughter and I were really tired after long flight when we arrived but the front lady was very kind and she offered us early check-in and room upgrade! Everything was perfect during our stay. We definitely will come back next year!!

Our room was small but typical of rooms in city. If you require space for packing there are larger rooms available in the hotel.

Great location for sightseeing in Vienna. Near Straßenbahn and within walking distance of theaters. Clean, good local restaurants within a few blocks.

We loved everything about this place.

We loved the kitchen in the junior suite. We had not expected to have a fully equipped kitchen, it was great. The huge terrace available to but a few rooms is a hug plus. It was our second time and won't have been the last one for sure! We didn't try the amazing looking breakfast because I eat very simply and it would have been wasted on us. Breakfast in the garden must be lovely, I recommend it to anyone who loves a big breakfast. The waiting lounge is really inviting with comfy looking armchairs. Plenty of them too.

It was the smallest room we have ever stayed in, but very clean and with all amenities. And it had a small balcony. Overall a good experience for staying for one night only, as our flight got cancelled and rebooked for the next day. Would not be too comfortable if we spent more nights, I guess.

Roadworks and lorries at 0600 was noisy and a pain but this will be temporary and paving outside will be very attractive when finished... didn't diminish overall pleasure in the hotel

It is a boutique hotel so cosy, very friendly and helpful staff .The breakfast choice was very good indeed. We had the good luck to be in Vienna during the film festival held in a park very close to the hotel.

The fan of the ventilator at the bathroom works all the time and is noisy .Maybe it was faulty . You should book a room facing at the back of the hotel because of roadworks in front of the hotel .on monday they used heavy machinery at 5:45 ( who in his right mind starts construction work at 5:45 in an area where people live?) for an hour and after that they stopped making any more noise. I have booked two rooms and the one facing at the back was perfect.

We had to remember to put the towels on the floor otherwise, they didn't get changed out based on their environment preservation policy.

The hotel and hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and they were able to give us two rooms with walk-in showers (as opposed to a tub/ shower). There was some construction going on outside, but it did not impact our stay or comfort at all - it was super quiet! In general, the hotel's area is quiet since it is buffered by a narrow street. We purchased the breakfast option which was REALLY worth it. The dining room and outdoor patio are lovely, and the buffet was exceptional with fresh OJ, coffee/ espresso of all types and delicious food choices . Be sure to purchase that option!
