Internet speed a little slow.

Easily reached from the airport via CAT and local tram to within 100 metres of thd hotel . Location excellent 5 minutes stroll to main Christmas Market but really quiet area at night. Staff really helpful.. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Barman on Friday and Sat night didn't have much idea about customer service, other than that the hotel was pretty much perfect

This hotel lived up to the excellent reviews. The staff were exceptional across the board from the warm welcome on arrival, breakfast staff and house keeping, they could not do enough for you and answered any questions/queried that we had. Room was a great size and spotless with a coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable and despite being busy the hotel was very quiet at night. Fantastic location with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding in terms of quality, selection and freshness, also the bonus of being available up until 12.00pm. If we return to Venice we this would be our hotel of choice. Thank you for making our trip to Venice memorable.

Excellent location only a short walk to restaurants and main transport hub. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choices and fresh ingredients and available until 12 AM. The hotel is on a side street and the room as very quiet at night.

Hotel bar was a little underwhelming. Small and at busy times struggled to meet demand. Hotel room had only a one comfortable chair in a room for 2 people. There was a desk chair provided in addition to the comfortable chair but this is not satisfactory if both room occupants want to sit and relax. Also there was a large footstool with the chair and it had been badly stained and not what would be expected in this level of hotel.

Excellent location and well places for Christmas Markets. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The room was small and quite hot and the common areas were limited; small bar and lounge that we often could not find a seat in. Log burner was nice when we did though.

Staff were very helpful. All spoke excellent English.Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Not too far from centre with trams and underground frequent and within easy walking distance. Also a very comprehensive breakfast included. Pay a visit to Shonbrun palace. It's a must see.

Our room was up in the eaves so headroom a bit restricted in places. To be fair I think that’s what the website photos illustrated. View was of internal light well which was a shame.

Within reasonable walking distance of all the main sights. Immediate neighbourhood pleasant and safe feeling. Good breakfast (served until midday!). Smart interiors in the traditional style. Excellent shower. We slept well.

Lovely hotel in a good location quite close to City Centre. Very quiet neighbourhood. The staff were great. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Comfy bedroom. All in all a very good stay. Would definitely stay again if I return to Vienna.

The coffee machine in our bedroom didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay but that's okay as it was only one night - however it would've been nice to come home to a cuppa after wandering around the City Centre all day.

The room was so quiet - I got a really great night's sleep. Breakfast was okay - to be honest, it had most things you could wish for (except the option to have fried or poached eggs). The freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. Location - quite central - up a very quiet street - probably about 10 minutes walking distance to most things.
