The view was spectacular and it was so close to everything we needed. We had a few issues that were quickly fixed by the staff- previous person left safe locked and the toilet kept running, both attended to and fixed.

This lovely set of clean modern apartments is on the beautiful old street close to Golden Roof. Our apartment was Hofburg and it was at the back of the property so zero noise from the street. It was quiet, central, spotless, spacious and very comfy. Well kitted kitchen and comfy beds.

They charge extra for room cleaning( around 35 euro. dustbin was also not cleared which was supposed to be done by the guests themselves. They should arrange at least for dustbin cleaning Except for this I liked the stay . It was great.

The rooms and kitchen were good and centrally located . Spacious rooms and wardrobe. Kitchenware was sufficient to cook and eat if required .

idle location and well furnished. enjoyed the trip especially because we stayed there. linen were very clean. we needed extra towel, the staff immediately gave us. strongly recommended.

Despite updating on arrival time there was no one at reception to meet us. They did arrive very quickly but forgot to give us the Innsbruck card which would have provided us with discounts around the town.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It couldn't be more central to attractions, being perched above a pedestrian street with great views of the mountains and the street life. It's spacious, tasteful, and comfortable. Great bed. Great big bathroom with plenty of counter space and a real shower. Big windows with a table in a window nook so you can look at the Golden Roof while eating. Easy access from the bar downstairs, no escape room adventures necessary to get your keys. Highly recommend.

1. Kitchen had less pans. 2. Even though it said free toiletries, there was just one soap, same for both hand wash and for bathing. Toiletries should include toothpaste, brush, hand wash, body wash and a shopping. 2. I would expect every appartment to have basic cooking things like butter/oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee. It only had salt. I'm on vacation, I don't want to go to supermarket to get even the basic stuff and throw it in the end. Also you have a coffee machine but no coffee?? 3. It is always appreciated to have a bag storage facility or able to leave the bags before check-in time.

The place was big with a nice home layout. The kitchen was big and bathroom was nice. The towels and bed sheets were clean and nice. Pillows were also very comfy. The location is great. Everything is very nearby from the appartment. You can see the mountains from the window, although not directly you have look on the right for them.

We loved the location of the apartment, the size and all the amenities. It was spotless when we came and just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and the baby cot was perfect for our son. We had everything we needed. Loved the restaurant downstairs! We ate there every night! We would definitely recommend the apartment and stay there again in the future.

Nothing terrible to say. Three notes for full disclosure. First, on weekend evenings, because this is literally on the main thoroughfare, it is extraordinarily noisy very late into the evening. In the morning, commercial trucks serving the merchants on the ground floor may also disturb you. An apartment "in the back" may mitigate some of the noise. Second, there is no in-room or in-building laundry. Not disqualifying, but if you are in Innsbruck for outdoor adventures, you may want to consider where to wash/dry your clothes. Third, if you are there for work, while the apartment is extremely spacious, there are very few power outlets and we located none around the dining table (which was ideally situated for working with a laptop and gazing out at the street below ... alas no outlet for powering the laptop).

This location is perfect for any type of Innsbruck tourism. Ideally situated on the main pedestrian thoroughfare and less than one city block from the "Golden Roof" and cathederal, walking distance to the Markthalle alongisde the river with its running/cycling path, the furnicular to Nordkette, public buses to the ski slopes throughout the valley, etc. The host was extraordinarily responsive.
