The apartment could use an update. There was quite a bit of paint damage and such. More aesthetic than functional.

Coffee shop downstairs wasn’t open when I went for a coffee just after 9am. Top bunk slats were loose and I didn’t trust them holding my 96kg body so I moved mattress to the floor and slept on it there. Not much else to be critical of. Just would’ve liked to have stayed a few nights longer.

Needed a one-night stay in Innsbruck to break up drive to Salzburg and we found this little gem (at significantly discounted rate) right in Innsbruck’s beating heart. Did pre-check-in online which saved time when we arrived. Staff at coffee shop/bar gave us key and instructions and we took lift to our 4th floor apartment. Well stocked kitchenette, huge TV screen, comfortable, clean room, and decor inside room and around the whole apartment block (portraits of pop culture icons on walls) created a modern, funky vibe but not too over the top. Message system also allowed host to provide easy parking instructions at nearby Congress parking garage. Highly recommend this property to families or couples & small groups of friends travelling together.

Shower room and Wet floor. No air conditioning. No frills approach. No maid service but our requests were dealt with promptly. Would stay here again.

Extremely noisy: The apartment is located on the first floor, looking into a main busy street. The building has old windows, thus with no noise isolation. You could here all type of noises already very early in the morning and late at night. There is a bar below the apartment and the bar bathrooms are located also on the first floor, across from the apartment. The children/second room looks like a shoe box (see pictures), with neither windows nor any type of aeration.

Would be nice to have some tea and coffee especially as there is a coffee machine that needs pods - the only food in the apartment was some salt!

Lack of air conditioning, although it was unusually hot during our stay. Some minor maintenance needed to ensure windows shut properly in main bedroom and the washing macintosh was temperamental in washing and would’ve spin out properly.

The location was stunning and a great launching pad to see all the tourist highlights of Innsbruck. The apartment was very clean and secure, and well kitted out with traveller’s necessities. The young staff were excellent and went out of their way to be of assistance.

-Staff behavior is very bad as the reception guy entered our apartment at 10:20 AM to tell us go out , we do respect the rules & simply they can knock the door or call us -if you have too many bags maybe will be difficult as there is no direct access through cars or train to the hotel , the nearest parking garage 350m away

The location is perfect in the middle of the old town , apartments are very well equipped & clean

The only problem or recommendation I have is the shaded area of bathroom door needs to be a lot more covered than what it is now. When someone is on the toilet, we could see them easily.

Kaiser Max in Innsbruck is a clean, modern and comfortable apartment hotel located in the heart of the city. Marco and the staff are helpful,friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist guests with their needs. The location was perfect for us to explore the city, as it is within walking distance to many of the city's main attractions, including the Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, and the Old Town. Additionally, there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, Kaiser Max is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Innsbruck.
