The hot water was terrible, you could only get at best 2 people’s showers before it went cold. Very average for it to run out that quick. Also it was noisy early in the morning with deliveries outside

Hot water pot used to boil water was dirty. Very very noisy. I could hear everything from my he delivery person coming in and out of the bar down stairs at 6:30 am to people talking on the sidewalk. No coffee included in the room.

bed sheet was absolutely not clean, I’ve got allergic phenomena after sleeping on my face. Moreover, since there is a bar on the ground floor, music until midnight really annoyed me and didn’t sleep well.

Lots of things broken in the apartment, such as lightbulbs and light switches; the nice big windows with views to the mountains and church tower were blocked by broken blinds and staff said they will remain closed for all visitors. Heating was turned off with 5 degrees C outside; the apartment was so cold (staff turned it back on after complaint). Wifi was poor, sometimes not working at all (don’t count on it for work). Kitchen although spacious, appliances were unfortunately dirty (plates, pans, cutlery, and coffee machine!-we had to clean everything before using them). I wouldn’t recommend cooking there… the TV was useless, only tiny antenna not always receiving reception- no Netflix, no German channels. Finally the staff was not friendly or welcoming…

The rooftop apartments don’t have air conditioning, which is with degrees over 30 degrees a total no go. I stayed there with my family - two newborn which didn’t sleep more then a few minutes a day because it was just way too warm in the room - and in the evening when it was a bit colder and we opened the windows, there was a lot of noise, which is normal for the location. I had some business meetings for the whole week and wanted to spent the evenings with my family, but they left after 2 nights. I wanted to speak with the manager, but couldn’t reach him… Bad experience

Horrível costumer service! An oven attic space under the roof! Extra room is a joke. Just a little oven hole! False advertising of pictures of windows ! We did not like anything from this place! Run away from this !

We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids traveling from the USA around Europe. They placed us in an attic/under the roof with no regular windows. An oven with no windows or any air flow. We rented a room after looking at the pictures provided by the hotel to all the booking websites. In ALL the pictures the rooms have several large windows and appeared to have very good air flow. The description was an apartment with two beds. Plus sofa, bathroom and kitchen. At our arrival to the location we were placed in the apartment on the attic on fifth floor. Right under the roof. There were no regular windows at all! There is just a little hole ( tiny window) in front and nothing at all on the second room. No ventilation at all. No air flow at all. Complete hot suffocation during the summer time. This should be ilegal. Because it is summer time the whole unit was an oven inside due to the lack of regular windows. Hard to breathe, just like an oven/ sauna. We requested to be moved to another room and the manager told us he could not accommodate our request. He also did not offer us a portable air conditioner. The fans he offered were not enough because the hot air had no place to leave the room and we were on the fifth floor directly under the roof. The second room was tiny and had absolutely zero air flow. Just a little warm hole with a mattress. Our kids toasted there! We could not stay in the room during the day because it felt like 40-45 degrees C. During the night was not any better because there were no regular windows. The hot air is trapped there. No one in my family was able to sleep for two nights. The pictures were false, false advertising showing many windows everywhere. You may be their next victim to get stuck inside of their attic like a hot prison. BE AWARE!!! This experience destroyed our Austrian trip. We were tired and grumpy the whole time. Communication with the property manager was difficult, false advertising!

5th floor room like a sauna. Could not sleep with the heat. Had an air conditioning unit in the room that pumped more hot air out the back than cold from the front and in 30'c heat at roof level was really uncomfortable.

The main staff were young inconsiderate and borderline impolite people. Suffocating heat and no way to open the roof windows or to open and shut the blinds on these windows, which I find insane. There was only one tiny window that could be open, which is the one right on the extremely noisy street. No AC in the room either and when I explained the window problem to the staff, they confirmed I could not open the roof windows at all, or shut and open the blinds as I pleased. They offered a portable AC that was extremely noisy and unhealthy/full of dirt, literally spraying dust all over the room. Looked like it had not been cleaned in 10 years.

The staying time is quite short compare to other hotel, you have to check in after 3pm and checkout before 10am. The room picture is also different from what you get, there is a balcony but you can't access it because the door is locked. Also, in the summer when I stay and Innsbruck reached 34℃ it's hard to sleep and stay in the room. There is a small portable AC but no hot air pipe that can put to the window, so when turn it on the hot air from the AC just circulate in the room.

Bathroom door is a mix of see through and opaque glass which is ridiculous for a multi room apartment. Kitchen is poorly equipped. Apartments are run by staff at downstairs bar/cafe. Parking is expensive at a nearby public car park. No info or local recommendations in room. View to old town street and golden roof far superior to rooms on other side.

Unfortunately that central location was less pleasant late at night with loud groups of drunks disturbing the peace throughout the night. The design of the apartment was functional, but with a couple of serious downsides. Firstly, the second bedroom consisted of a walled in double bedroom and a wardrobe. Their was no bedside table, no lamp, no windows and no heating/cooling. A child or teenager may like it, but I couldn’t imagine sharing it with another couple. Secondly, the bathroom door was a partially frosted glass door. Apart from being heavy to move you could literally lie in bed and see your partner using the toilet. This may suit those with a totally open relationship, or a predilection to certain fetishes. However, for those of us that prefer a modicum of privacy it was quite disconcerting. Finally, there were many little things that let down the experience. Whilst a kitchenette was provided there were no paper towels or cloths for wiping down surfaces. Just one tiny sponge and a tea towel. The knife block had 4 knives, 2 of which were bread knives. There was 2 boxes of salt, but no pepper - or any other condiment or

The location was very central, right next to the watchtower ( which you can climb up for a wonderful view ) and the Golden Roof. All the sights were a short walk or bus ride away. The square was particularly pleasant in the early evening with bands playing, buskers and the sound of people enjoying themselves.

that I ended up being charged a 50 euro cleaning fee when I paid, I think that is really too much and they should include it in the daily fee rather than hiding it somewhere in the small print. if I had known that in advance I would not have stayed there. Also I ran out of toilet paper and had to tell someone twice and wait for 5 hours for more

For those who are travelling with a car note that it is impossible to get the car near apartment for loading/unloading the vehicle. There is a parking at Congress which costs 16 EUR/24hrs and from there it is a 5min walk to the apartment. The apartment all in all was quite OK, but didn't meet the expectations from what the photos seem like here. It was dusty, in the corners there were spider webs. Also - the washing machine was not working (you can load it, but it will not wring out the clothes.

Overall stay was good. We had certain difficulties with checking in and getting the keys (for all coming there - the city tax should be paid prior to check-in, the host is sending the link; in my personal situation the link was not received and I was contacting the host in front of the door, paying the city tax and only then accessing the property). But here is the big plus for a host - he was available on the phone. A huge advantage is that although it is situated on a busy street you cannot hear the noise in the apartment.
