How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The lack of WIFI in the individual room was a let down, and the only location that had WIFI was the reception area. Other than the WIFI issue, we have no other issues.
The Breakfast was very good and there was a large selection to choose from. The room was large and spacious, well laid out. Parking was good, directly below our room. There was a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was small but sufficient, everything was clean, the duvet and pillow were excellent, and the towels were soft. I was delighted by the wide selection of food at breakfast.

Got caught by surprise by the shared toilets (not the hotel’s fault). Thank fully there is a shower and a sink inside the room… Didn’t really trust the cleanliness of the sink due to its location.
Nice breakfast room and breakfast. Helpful staff.

The area in which a hotel can often be loud especially during football games.
Nice breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff is super nice and helpful. The hotel has a very good public transport connection to the main square and other important parts of the city.

The neighbourhood felt a bit sketchy, they had no wifi, no procedure for checking in after 20.00 and there was a bit of black mold in the, otherwise clean, shower/bathroom. The beds were small (but rather comfy), and the room was very basic and not cosy at all. But you don't go there for the atmosphere. You go there to sleep.
This is value for money, and not a fantastic hotel experience. You get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent for the low price, with different kind of buns, egg, yoghurt, vegetables coffee, orange juice ... They also stayed in extra late to let me check in since my train was late and I didn't make the 20.00 closing time, which was nice (although it would be good and less stressful with self-check-in for those occasions).

Quite old furniture, dirt
Suitable for one night stay. You dont need extra reservation to park your car for free. There are shops close to the hotel

I don't understand why in cheap hotels stuff is never smiley or in a good mood. At least that is something anyone can offer for free and increase overall impression.
Free parking was available and easily accessible. For a 2 star hotel it was good.

- I think they are kinda short on staff especially in the morning. During my stay, there were a lot of people having breakfast and there are only 1-2 staffs working in the restaurant area and they were too busy with other chores.
+ Good hotel, they maintain everything clean. + Our shower had a problem, but then the staffs offered us a change of room. + Get a breakfast. Not the best breakfast but good enough to fill your stomach in the morning. + Near tram and bus station

My bed wasn't very comfortable and simply not large enough for a tall person. But most importantly the curtains weren't thick enough so I had very little sleep as a public lighting lamp was just outside of the window...
Given that breakfast is included, the price is reasonable

Despite the fact, there are no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel, but smell of cigarettes is everywhere. There is no internet connection. Pillow was too thin and almost empty, not for the comfortable sleep.
One of the cheapest places with breakfast and parking.

Heating was on minimum. Luckily, January was not too cold.
Economy option, so expectations are not too high. Parking and Public transport are available.

Bit far from the city center but there is a tram stop next to the hotel so you can reach the center easily.
The breakfast was good. The room was clean and matched to the descriptions. It is ideal if you just stay a couple days.
