Fabulous hotel, perfectly located on a quiet side street around the corner from St. Stephens Church and City Center. Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast delicious, beds so comfortable. 10/10 and we would stay here again!

Both rooms were excellent; bathroom facilities exceptionally clean and sparkling, bed very comfortable, room very spacious and included settee and 2 armchairs (how often have you had a double room for 2, with only 1 chair to sit on!!). Sufficient clothes hanging facilities with separate area for outdoor coats. Overall, one of the best rooms I've ever had.

From the entrance, reception, quietness, location can't get any better and closer right behind the Stephan's Cathedral, one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced, cleanliness, the classic designs that is maintained so well and with delicate details, you can notice this when you enter the main entrance of the hotel to the room and bathroom. I appreciate it very much the love and care that all the staff deliver toward the guests and the entire accomodation and facilities. I believe the word PERFECT will fit most truly the amazing Hotel König von Ungarn. THANK YOU!

THE FRIENDLY SERVICE PROVIDED BY ALL OF THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THOSE ON THE FRONT DESK. THE BREAKFASTS WERE DELIGHTFUL = SO MUCH CHOICE! MY WIFE AND I PARTICULARKY LIKED THE LOOK AND ATMOSPHERE OF THE BAR AREA. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ADDED HUGELY TO THE ENJOYMENT OF MY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

One thing that could have been better is the tub drainage, it was too slow. Something to be expected in hotels I think. It wasn’t bad enough for me to complain.

One of the entrances to the Hotel is also the smoking area for the hotel. It could be avoided by using the other entrance, but it would have been nice to freely access the Hotel from both doors.

Located right in the centre of Vienna and is the oldest hotel in this area. It oozes olde world charm. Really comfortable large rooms with brilliant air-conditioning.. really needed with the very hot weather we had. Two minutes from the underground and walking distance of the Opera House Hofburg Palace and Karls Kirche and St Peters church and a 10 min walk from Wien Mitte station, the destination point of the Airport trains. The breakfasts were fantastic. Such a selection of cereals, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, eggs, bread, bacon and sausage and they offer freshly backed Gluten free bread and muffins- but notify them in advance. They only serve breakfast, but it is walking distance to so many amazing restaurants.. and in the heat of Vienna in August, it was close enough to go back to mid day and relax in the room and Chill . The staff are really friendly. They offer a bar service from 3pm to 11pm each evening in the little covered courtyard too.
