Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelToo many kids wandering around noisely all day not allowing to rest and rewind only at seven oclock in the morning we could enjoy the swimming pool quietly where we stay at the warm water while snowing. The owner has 3 hotels one of which can become adults only hotel.
The hotel is very clean and yoy feel there immedietly at jome. Michelle, victoria and salvatore the receptonists are very attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to an appartment on the top of the hotel with large terrace looking atvthe beatiful slopes around. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and included wonderful chef didhes, an italian buffe with pizzas pasta ravioli calamari and escalope. and a saturday evening buffet with local different meat and chicen dishes. Every day antipasti, high quality cold cuts and great desserts.The waiters were great. The hotel supplies a tourist card which allows you to travel free of charge on local trains and busses. The frequancy of the bus from the village center was not so good and sometimes were not arriving. The traon station is 25 min on foot.

United Stateswe couldn’t use kitchenette in our apartment room as there were no plates , pots or towels. I don’t believe we had kettle either. it is just a big room with a separate couch and table.
nice hotel. we had an apartment room, which was big but a bit plain. wellness center was enjoyable. I would recommend half board, for us it was worth the cost plus very convenient as it was raining two days in a row and we didn’t want to leave the hotel.

RomaniaJust to add some negatives also, I got a room near the stair case which was a bit noisy (people started to run around from early morning 6am or so) but this can be solved by asking for a quiet room i guess.
Only had the chance to say overnight and didn't had time to enjoy the SPA but everything looked very nice. The hotel is looks modern but it is traditional, room size was good enough. The included breakfast was very good. Free parking I would say it is probably the best deal you can find in Kitzbuhel, very good value for money
