Communication with the host had a certain lag, but nothing concerning. Our apartment could use a new mattress, as this one was uncomfortable due to use. The room could have been a tad cleaner - the floor and nightstands (but again it was not that much dirty or filthy). On that note, we were there for 7 days but our apartments didn't get cleaned or towels changed.

The location is great (Rennweg station - perfectly connected with different parts of the city, trams 71 and O, S-bahn), it is a 15 minute walk from the center, the street itself is calm and quiet, the building has an interesting old style, but the rooms are moderately modern. The rules are nothing too demanding and they are quite understandable.

It was very hard to find, the entrance has just a small piece of paper meanwhile there's a huge sign across the road for smoking area, which made it very confusing. The owner is not very nice and the rules stressed me from the moment of arrival till I've got my deposit back.

The apartment is well equipped and has a fairly good locality. Some reviews on Google terrified me but everything was clean for my stay.

The apartment is cozy and warm despite being in an older building, the kitchen has all the necessary things! There were a few ants in the bathroom, but nothing to worry about it as long as it was clean ! The location was perfect—conveniently close to the station for traveling to the city center and the airport. The property has a few rules, but as long as you follow them, the owner is very attentive and professional :) Definitely worth the money !

Too many emails, too many rules that add stress... "wash the dishes, throw away the trash, don't leave towels on the floor" and the price for breaking a rule is very high! The price of the room included a cleaning fee, but if I had too clean, what does that fee cover?

Very clean, big and comfortable room with kitchen and bathrom, also a big smart TV. The position is good with shops, metro and trams around the corner.

Nice little studio apartment in great location near Belvedere Palace. The host was super nice and friendly and ready to help with any issues that we might have had. The apartment had all the necessary appliances that you need for your stay. It is small but practical.

Floors could be more clean, there was dust and spiderwebs. We even found broken glass and spilled uncooked pasta from previous guests in the corners of the floor.

The location of the apartments is amazing. Near a tram station, but you can walk to the city centre by foot. The apartment is very well furnished. The bathroom is spacious and clean. We got everything we paid for. Looks exactly like in the pictures. Would recommend.

Apartment wasn’t very clean, there were still hairs on the tiles in the bathroom. And unfortunately the wifi was absolutely useless and only worked a couple minutes at a time, if at all.

Host required my credit card and made its copy with all sensitive data. I tried to explain to him that it’s not secure and he had no right to do it but he didn’t listen. It’s a serious issue! And be ready to find signs with fines description around the apartment. So strict rules:) no chance to relax

A place could be a little bit cleaner. We booked an apartment for 4 persons and there were only 3 chairs. There are some strict rules in a apartmend e.g. dishes must be left clean, garbage must be sorted and thrown away or host would charge additionaly. These are things I really dont wont to be bothered on a holiday. There were some ants in a apartment, but not significant.

Location is perfect! The apartment is close to Belvedere and near tram station. Easy to find. There was parking everywhere, but we parked in garrage wich we paid extra. Hosts were very kind. The apartment is very well heated. Our apartment had entrance to a small garden, which is great for smokers. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We arrived 3 minutes before the end of check-in time and had to pay 30 euros for late check in, although in the rules they stated 20. There are a lot of rules in the apartment. You even have to take your trash out before you leave, other wise you will be charged extra. I had a feeling that we were not welcomed and the stuff pays us for staying, not the other way. The third bed (there were 3 of us) was a sofa which was extremely uncomfortable.

The apartment was quite big and relatively well-equipped. The parking was near the hotel, but the cost was 20 euros a day and you had to book it beforehand.

The host was not friendly and charged Euro 30 for arriving after 9pm even though no one meets you! You have to carefully read this website to find that Euro 30 is charged (and for what, I wonder). The host's communication was rude and aggressive. And when one of us couldn't make it, he insisted on seeing a second person! Very strange.

You receive a code to open the door. The room matches the pictures and luckily it wasn't one of the units in the basement. Check where your room is.

Very poor wifi, it didn't work most of the time we were there. It was extremely hot during the week we spent in Vienna and the unit wasn't airconditioned, so it was very uncomfortable at night (it did have a fan, but that only helped so much). The shower drained very poorly and ended up flooding the bathroom(probably because of being in the basement)

Easy and efficient host,giving all the required info without even being asked. Very nice and good sized room, with well supplied kitchen. Quiet at night. Very near supermarkets and transport into the centre.

Special II - a very clean appartmatent in a semi-basement. Keyless - you get a code for building and appartament. You have to make a phonecall upon arrival, so that you are brought into building, despite the fix agreed time. We and another guests waited at the door, although the owner was inside. This one must know, because this is obviously not being made clear during the phone conversation (at least for me and another couple of guests). This was probably the only misunderstanding. The location of the building is very convenient, places of interest reachable on foot.

I didn't manage to make a coffee as the machine looked like it takes nespresso capsules, but they didn't actually fit.

The check in was smooth, the location was very good and the super market very close. You can either walk to the centre or take the tram. The apartment was smaller than we thought, but it didn't really bother us. The bathroom has a good size, a good size closet for the clothes was also available. We could also leave our luggage after the check out in a storage place and have a nice, last walk in the centre, before taking our flight in the evening. The access to the airport is also very easy. We will go back :)

We were initially given an apartment in the basement. After having to telephone and tell the owner that the apartment I booked is definitely not in the basement, the owner initially insisted it was but 5 minutes later, called the "concierge" to give us another apartment. So just be very aware of your rights.

Apartment was just 10 to 15 minutes by tram or train to the city center. Very helpful and polite "concierge" at the apartment. Apartment was quite well equipped.

Great room to stay in Vienna, well connected to train, bike-rental station, supermarkets, you have all really close and equipped with a kitchen. Recommended mostly for couples or small families. The host had good communication and very understanding with a small incident due to our daughter's playing around. We would return.
