The check-in process is quite time-consuming. The hotel begins check-ins at exactly 3 PM, and the process can take until 5 PM. Guests are required to wait in line, which is inconvenient, especially for families with young children or elderly parents. Spending two hours on check-in is not ideal, and they should consider improving this process. Additionally, hot water has to be collected from the reception, which I found inconvenient. The hotel is not particularly kid-friendly. If you have children aged 0-5 years, I would not recommend staying here.

As everything in Austria, Vienna is a little more expensive than in the rest of Europe, this hotel is a very good value for money. Located close to the metro station, trip to the city center takes 20-25 minutes. The breakfast has a wide variety of meals. Parking inside the building is a plus.

Location and price value is perfect. Also really nice staff. There is a Mcdonalds, Billa in front of the hotel, and in 5 minutes of walking even a big shopping mall. Only 10 minutes walking to nearest metro station, and 7 stations straight to the city center

It was really loud beyond the room. I heard all neighbours: from crying children to neighbours with close platonic relationships. If you are in business trip it's very complicated to relax. But all other conditions were on the top.

The bathroom had a weird smell sometimes and it seems like the room hasn't been renovated in quite a while, but considering the price it was pretty fair.

The room was small, but clean. The metro was a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Quiet location, comfortable beds. The staff was really polite. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The owner has to consider that many guests make noice until late night keeping other guests sleepless!! This issue is permanent and wish if owner cope with it formally.

veeeerrryy poor wi-fi. My room was located at the second floor. I can say that almost no wi-fi.

the location of the hotel is very good, 8 mins to walk from the metro station. It was easy to reach to the city center by public transport. Hotel staff was friendly and check in was fast. Clean and comfortable room. Nice bed with clean bedsheet. Well cleaned and prepared washroom. It was very warm inside the room, but you can't adjust the room temperature. Not noisy at all. Highly recommend to stay there for short period.

Property sends a message that early check in is available for extra 25 euro if needs to be cleaned on the spot or upon availability. I came to the hotel at midday asking if by any chance there is any room from the night before which was not used, I was asking already before about one. I was told that there are rooms ready and available but still they have to charge additional 25 euro extra for early check in. I’m asking if I come anytime before the original check in which is 3pm will I still be charged even though there are ready and available rooms. I was told that yes. So even 10 min before check in time there is extra charge. On top of that paying card has extra charge of 3 euro. This is truly disgusting and greedy behaviour especially if we are talking about December winter outside condition. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, the room is spacious and the bathroom is okay. The breakfast is great and there is always enough of all kind of food. Big plus is that there are several coffee machines. The staff is very polite and always ready to help, all of them, people in the restaurant, cleaners and receptionists. Two metro stations are reachable by foot, in just 5-7 minutes.

This is the most basic hotel ever. I do NOT recomand, we got a room in the attic facing the main street( you will hear everything…its realy loud)the walls were dirty, the carpet the same, if you are hopping to get a parking spot…dont… they have like 15-20 places for park and the hotel has hundres of room. The staff is under-prepared. The receptionist when she gaves us the key room didnt know at what floor the room is, she sayd maybe the second or third floor . In fact the room was at 4-th floor. So we walked aroung with our luggage tryng to find the right floor…If you want a nice clean hotel.. this is not it. For the money we payd we could of stayd in something really nice.

The hotel was very cold, the Windows had gaps and they were not closing properly. We were a big group, a part of us didn't have hot water. I got moved from a room to another and the same issue was in that new room as well, if not worse. I told them and no change. I went to the shops and I bought tape to sigilate the wi dows and stop the wind from coming through.
