More fruits would have been nice! As well the air conditioner was not working that well, we weren't hot but it could have been cooler. The area around that place was a bit sketchy at night, but still ok!

Breakfast was great. Enough food and it was delicious. The rooms were super clean. It is also close to the metro station as well as bus and tram, which was very nice.

The bathroom has a terrible door where you either can close for shower or for the toilet (as it shares the same door). Also, the shower is open, so it soaks the entire bathroom when you use it. The air conditioning was not working.

One common door for toilet + bathroom is a MISUNDERSTANDING (even for couples). You can either "close" (not fully) the toilet or the bathroom. Taking a shower also means a flood in the whole bathroom (the glass is approx. 10 cm, so it's not covering the rest of the bathroom from running water). There was a tchibo coffee machine in the room, however no tea. No fridge in the room. No working AC for whole stay in the whole hotel building. The breakfast was quite standard. Tables were so close to each other, that people cannot freely pass and the staff had a problem to clean and "check in" guest for breakfast. The tables where even in the front of the elevator, which was super strange.

Clean hotel room which is quite close to metro lines. Plus for possibility to leave suitcases after check-out. Good check-in and check-out hours. Nice wi-fi.

Not exactly what I don't like but more of a inconvenience issue. There is no sign to indicate the entrance to the hotel. I walked past the hotel before I could find it. And there is no hotel sign except the one on top of the building which is not very visible if you are standing close to the building.

The hotel is close to tram and train stations, 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station and about 10 minutes to the train station. There are a few shops close to the hotel.

Toilet and shower stand are in separated. So you have to go to another room to wash hands after use washroom, which is bit weird l.

Internet connection was poor in the room. The glass panel at the shower is not wide enough, so that the water leaks from shower.

Location is just great, couple of minutes away on foot from Subway (U) and two stations from West train station of Vienna *Westbahnhof. You can easily reach everywhere with the metro. We liked the comfy beds and pillows, besides clean and cosy room.

Beds are too soft, we didn't sleep well. Found some hairs in the bed on arrival. As a vegan there was barely anything to eat at the breakfast. AC was not working in our room, it was quite hot, and with open windows it was loud. Since it was very late once we noticed that so we didn't want to move to another room or wait for it to be fixed. Shower/ toilet situation is very unfortunate - you can close one at a time with sliding doors. Shower is open and the water spills over. Requested invoice at the hotel - system was down. Sent email instead, still waiting for the reply...

The location is great. Metro, trams, Lidl are all in the area. Staff was very helpful.

Bathroom has no aircircle, and there is a sliding door which is only closing shower or toilet. So, it wasnt problem since i was solo traveler but it might be a problem for double users.

The room was clean, hotel is kinda outside but many access to the tram lines (3-5 mins walking distance). Staffs were kind and helpful. Safe place.

The bathroom door does not ensure privacy. The toilet is separated from the shower and sink and the door closes only partially. You can use either the room with the toilet or the one with the shower, the door is common for the two rooms.

The hotel is very clean, with a very good position, close to metro, tram, good breakfast. Confortable bed, silent room, nice staff.
