Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe TV was big enough but there was no option to cast video ie from Netflix from our devices. The toilet was separated from the bathroom with a wall and the two rooms shared one sliding door that would leave either of them open and in any case not sealed enough to keep odors away from the rest of the room. The thermostat was not operable and we couldn't lower the temperature. Although there were user instructions since it was not working we had to endure the temperature and sweat during the night.
Nice room equipped even with a coffee machine. Very clean and the towels were superb!

DenmarkMinor facility details but it was a bit annoying that there was no sink in the toilet to wash our hands, hence we had to wait until the other was done in the bathroom to clean our hands. The shower could have used a door or a curtain as when taking a shower the entire bathroom became wet.
The location was good as it was easy to access it via metro or tram. The facilities were good as well - nice, comfortable beds and a beautiful shower.

GermanyAs many already mentioned: yes the parking is expensive. It costed half of the price of the room. I guess better alternatives could exist for longer period. For a one night stop it served the purpose perfectly. Hotel has currently no sign, no indication, so you really have to rely to Google street view picture to spot which building the hotel is. Also other "Leonardo hotels" are very close to this one, so it took me two attempts before spotting the right one :-)
Clean, stylish and modern room. Bathroom split in two rooms, but serving its purpose. Nice staff. Private parking in the underground garage, not cheap, but was very easy for a one night stop. Price for the room very interesting, considering the location. Nice Romanian restaurant close to the hotel.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaToilet is separated from shower cabin and sink and bathroom has slide door so it lacks privacy and convenience. There was a shower gel in the bathroom, but there was no soap. A little fridge would be very useful in room.
Room was clean and spacious, with very comfortable bed and two types of pillows, so guest can pick one according to his preferences.

The hotel is new with modern design and furniture. There were different types of dishes for breakfast and all was tasty. The room was good with enough space with coffee machine (as a pleasant surprise). The staff gave us slippers and we felt as at home:)
