The pillows are too thin

The room was spacious enough for 2 people, the bed was comfortable and included a coffee maschine. It was better than expected, quiet and located not in the center but a few blocks away and reachable by several trains. I would definitely come back :)

I was disappointed in the hotel that I went to with excitement. The staff welcomed me in a very cold and unsympathetic manner. When we went to the room, the view from the window was of a train track and I couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. I had the worst night of my life because the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were bad. There was a sliding door because the bathroom and toilets were next to each other. But I don't know which engineer or company had them built, I saw the stupidest invention of my life. When I closed the bathroom, the toilet would open, when I closed the toilet, the bathroom would open. I definitely don't recommend it, if you want to waste your money and have an unpleasant night, then choose it.

Maybe it would be good to have a refrigerator in the room and minibar drinks. Also was kind of strange that the bidet space was seperated from the shower and the sink but anyways usful for two people using the toilet in the meantime 😅

I’m disappointed cause when we arrive to the hotel the reception guy tell us that another person/couple has check in with my name in my room . He ask me if I have do the check in earlier but I still tell him that we have arrived in town this time . After of all they can’t give us an option or an another room like this of our reservation . Me and my girlfriend were disappointed very much because we want to celebrate my birthday night . The guy of reception tell to us to find us an another hotel room but the time at the time was 00:00 at midnight. Then he say to us that he has another room with 2 beds no with 1 bed . We have to stay there in that room because we don’t know anything about the city the roads and the time I say it again was 00:00 at midnight . I’m really disappointed and I will think it twice too book something with booking again , cause i trust the platform and the hotel and after this I feel so bad for my trip .

Everything was great. The value you receive for the price you pay is brilliant. I really enjoyed my stay. It is only a 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Clean rooms and very nice staff.

New, spacious and beautiful room. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom. Location is fine, close to metro station. Free baggage storage, which was very convenient for us.

The AC didn't work in the room, but the staff was friendly and gave us a portable heater. We didn't like that there wasn't a fridge.

We liked the location, the room was comfy and clean. Also we liked the breakfast. It's a good hotel for couples. Our flight was early in the morning so the hotel prepared a breakfast basket for us. .

When we came thw front desk didn't have my booking details, I was waiting 20 minutes in lobby to find my booking info. Then they gave us wrong room. I paid 730 and they gave me what ever. The room had dust on furniture, though I have alergy. But ok. And im the breakfast the lady there the first day didn't have my info about us to have already paid breakfast. So pitty for a 4 star hotel....

Our experience at Leonardo Hotel Vienna City West was disappointing and far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room (a twin instead of the comfort double room we reserved). Although the staff initially offered free bar access to compensate, this promise was later revoked mid-stay, which felt unprofessional and misleading. Hygiene standards were shocking. We discovered old bloodstains on the blanket, dirt and stains on the curtains, and unclean walls. We also experienced rashes and itching, leading us to suspect a possible bed bug issue. Despite specifically requesting soap refills and room cleaning on December 28th, we returned from a long day in the city to find the room not cleaned, with no fresh towels or soap available. After raising these issues, Booking.com intervened on our behalf, and the hotel offered only a €50 refund. While we appreciate Booking.com's support, we find this compensation insufficient given the severity of the problems. We do not recommend this hotel and hope management takes serious steps to improve their service and hygiene standards.

The room was small as a ships cabin. The noise from the train was really loud and constant as the train pass every 5 minutes! The bathroom door did not close all the way neither in the toilet nor in the shower area. It was one door for both rooms! The soap was almost finished due arrival and never refilled. There was no fridge, no staircase only elevator! The check in lasted about an hour since their computer was broken so we waited with about 20 people in the reception area! We asked to change the room and they did not have another so the gave us complimentary breakfast & parking! The parking area was good but the breakfast was mediocre and most importantly the lady at the breakfast reception was very rude & aggressive with everyone! Not recommended at all! Not value for money & also the train area near the hotel was full of drunk, dirty & probably junkie people.

The AC in our room was on the whole time. We could not turn it off with the controller. It was not cold, but loud.

There were separate bathroom and toilet and only one door (transferring left-right) for the bathroom and toilet. If one has a bath in bathroom, it means you can't use toilet, bacause there was not door to close! Extremally unconfortable!

1st of all the room was definitely not worth 100+ euros for a night. The bathroom and the shower share a single sliding door and the door can not be closed all the way like what the hell!! Smart function of the TV was not working The room was super small in general For 100 euros plus I expected a decent room
