The bathroom! You can use either the bath or the toilet but not both at the same time. Very inconvenient if you are not couple.

Room was very warm and air conditioning didn't seem to work so we just had to open the window luckily it was winter so cold outside. Wanted to make tea but there was no kettle just a coffee machine which kind of worked but not great. Bathroom door was a bit strange you could either have the door closed on the toilet or the shower but not both - not great if not a couple. Nearest metro station was slightly sketchy, we were told to be careful when using it.

Clean, comfy room. Friendly staff, check-in and check-out were easy. Location is ok, ~5 minutes walk to the metro station then ~20 minutes into Central Vienna.

There is SBahn going over your head so it was not comfortable sleeping with open window. THere is no fridge in the room. Also on Saturday we had issue with breakfast to get the place in restaurant because hotel was full. But it worked out later.

Everything is great and functioning, location is great and only couple of stops with Metro. Staff is very kind and navigated us where to park the car for the weekend

Location is a bit far from main city and at least 5 mins walk to closest public transport. The neighborhood may seem sketchy in the beginning and it's hard to judge if people walking by are safe or not. There is only 1 door that has to be moved between bathroom and toilet and that can be inconvenient for multiple people staying. They had a Google chrome cast but doesn't work as smart tv.

24x7 reception and help and they even help get cabs easily. Location is easy on maps for Uber or Bolt pickups. Once inside the property external road noise is gone and it does feel safe. The staff were sweet and really helpful. Room was very comfortable and well maintained.

Due to the central location, even if your window faces the side street, you can hear the metro passing by outside periodically, which may be a problem to some. The doors to all rooms are auto closing with quite some force, they are quite loud, and may shake your walls / bed if someone just lets go of a door of a nearby room. The bathroom is all right but the water may stay around under the sink for a long while. Bathroom and toilet are in separate small chambers next to eachother, closed by a single sliding door that covers only one of them. So either the bathroom is closed (you still get about 2 cms of distance between the door and the door frame when you close the door), or the toilet is. You cannot close both.. no clue why not use proper doors instead. These are minor gripes and did not stop us from enjoying the place tho.

The hotel is at an excellent location, halfway between Schönbrunn and the Vienna city center, at a major traffic junction. (We arrived by car and left it at the P+R parking at the end of line U6, it was really convenient.) The staff is kind and helpful, the dining area has great atmosphere, although we did not try the food. The rooms are spacious, more than enough for two people (although the 2 single beds that we asked for, were a little close to eachother.) The rooms are also well equipped, coffee machine and capsules are provided, we got an actual functioning hair drier (usually a challenge at hotels), plenty of towels and body/hair wash. There is free wifi and the signal works well and is quite strong. The beds are super comfortable, they got the matresses just right (in other hotels, I had issues with them being too soft.) A good amount of pillows are also provided. Overall, it is an excellent value for money, really could not have asked for more!

The toilet and the shower is seperated with a wall and there was a sliding door which can cover only one at a time. The door wasn’t close completely. So there was a gap at the toilet side. It’s a little bit annoying if you are staying with someone.

The staff is so helpfull and friendly. They kept luggage after the check out. Therefore we can enjoy the city in out last day!

On our 3rd day the room wasn't cleaned. The used towels were folded and kept. The mugs and glass was not cleaned and the floor wasn't vacuumed. There was no water placed as well. When we asked the girl at the reception, she said water is provided only for the 1st day. But we were provided water for 1st and 2nd day and not the third which left us without drinking water.

The reception staff were very nice. The hotel had tram and train station close by to access.

We didn't do the breakfast option - but it looked good. The hotel was in an area we initially thought was a bit hum ho - but it was actually fine. Food was more reasonable than inner city, and we had 2 options for public transport very close by. Good location for Schonbrun.

I did not like the breakfast that much. There was not a lot of choices and the closing hour was too early. The location was not the best. If you want to catch the metro do not go to Gumpendorder Stasse, go to Margaretengurtel instead.

I really liked the room, it was really comfy and cozy and there was no external noise.
