We only spotted some little stains in the bed sheets, maybe from blood, but we weren't sure and didn't bother much with it, maybe they couldn't be washed. Overall, the bed was super comfy and smelled clean.

The hotel looked new and modern. We liked the spacious use and design of its smaller rooms, but totaly big enough for a few day stay. It was super clean everywhere. The staff was kind and smiling. There are metro stops nearby, so you can get to the centre in few minutes, plus there is a grocery store called Spar right on the next street. The price for Vienna was super affordable. There is 24h-front desk too. I can imagine us staying here again! :)

When you take a shower is impossible to not wet all the bathroom.

The room has a nice size. Also has a Coffee machine. The bed is very confortable.

I am completely in love with this hotel

My experience at the hotel Leonardo in Vienna was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the property was. The bed was of good size and extremely comfortable. The room was also very clean and stylish. I would highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. In fact, I took a photo of the elevator mirror which was even cleaner than my own mirror at home.

the bathroom and toilet are split but there’s a sliding door between them - so you can’t have both closed in the same time. also the sliding door does not close completely on either of the two. there was only one big towel, we did not receive the second one. we hanged the “clean my room” card on the door when we left the hotel, but when we got back, the card was just moved inside and the room was not cleaned - a disappointing move from the hotel personnel. the breakfast is not so rich in options and it’s not that tasty. overall, it’s not worth the value for money. tip: during the weekend, you can park on the street and avoid the 25€ fee for the underground parking (insane if you ask me, for the location of the hotel)

Accesible by public transport, rooms seem new and with minimalistic design.

Great stay, clean and comfortable room with access to all commodities necessary. It's a bit far from the very centre but it's close to the metro station and well connected to the rest of the city. The staff was very nice and patient.

The hotel is very new, is located in a calm area of Vienna and very easy to get to the city center from there. It's a 15 min drive or tram from Vienna's main Central station, and rooms are very spacious, clean,, good coffee too:)

Everything was perfect. We couldn’t find a better hotel in Vienna. The bed was so relaxing, the room was clean, they even change the towels everyday, we had an amazing stay. The rooms were very well isolated and we didn’t hear the neighbours or the metro/train.

The door of the toilet made us very uncomfortable. it can’t be locked, and it’s pointless having it because we hear literally everything. They charged me 18 euros for breakfast that I thought included when I didn’t eat anything but one spoon of eggs and yogurt. They should have told me in advance. The floor got cleaned twice only. They didn’t bring water bottles on daily basis. Once only when we asked and it was one bottle, when there are two of us staying.

the location is not bad and there are couple of restaurants near it which open until very late, which is rare :) the metro is also near but we didn’t find it noisy there.

The door of the rest room is not closable. We new it from the reviews so for one night, it is ok. The mattress was too hard.

Everything was clean slate. The hotel is brand new, the beds are very comfortable. You have a coffee machine in the room. The rooms were cleaned every other day and we received capsules for the coffee machine every morning. The location of the hotel is superb. The hotel deserves a much higher rating. We will definitely be back. Recommendations from the heart.

Bathroom hasn’t door and the water goes to everywhere.

Very new Hotel in good location about 20 minutes to the town by tran/metro with nearby station. Friendly staff in the reception. Very clean and comfortable. Made our stay in Vienna much better.
