We really liked to stay in this hotel. Everything was nice!! The room was comfortable and clean, the team was super nice and polite and it was easy to find. It's close to the metro station, so it was easy to move to the center. We definitely gonna stay there again when we come back to Vienna.

My room was not cleaned the day after our arrival despite me calling the housekeeping twice and also hanging out the placard to clean the room.

At first I was surprised that there were no additional products like body cream available but after reading the manual I discovered that you just have to ask them at the front desk.

The breakfast was very good - a broad selection of different foods and drinks.

Could add more vegetarian options to breakfast such as baked beans, roasted potatoes etc. WiFi signal is low or non existent in certain parts of the room

I requested daily cleaning - the 2nd day the bed wasn't made nor were we provide with clean mugs (issue I didn't raise with reception as it isn't end if the world) but clean towels were provided - this was the important factor.

The design of the bathroom is weird and uncomfortable. One door for toilet and the same for shower but in separated rooms make it uncomfortable and dangerous to hit someone in the other room. The shower has no protection and the water spills and makes a mess

Very nice located and beautiful hotel. At the beginning was difficult to find it because has no shield or name outside. But it’s fine. Even when close to the railway, it’s quiet and good isolated. Breakfast is good and varied, very clean and I really liked the sustainability policies

It was a bit far from the city center and the main train station, but with a direct line of tram and in normal weather a nice walk to them. The breakfast was a bit pricy l, but very good and various.

It was really comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and the room was perfect. The breakfast was delicios and abundent, almost everything you would like to eat.

The cups I was provided for coffee were only washed with water and not cleaned with soap. I even left a sign kindly asking them to clean the cups properly, both in German and in English, but they ignored it. Fortunately I had enough cups for the whole duration of my stay...

Staff were polite. The location might seem a bit sketchy at night, but I'd say it's safe anyways. You can reach lines U4, U6, 6 and 18 in five minutes on foot, so even though the hotel is not located in the city centre, it's easy to move around the city. I was provided two useful signs, "do not disturb" and "please service my room"!

Very small room. Overpriced parking. Hard to park cause entrace is very narrow. Bathroom doesn't have real door.

In the rooms, there is no mini bar or fridge, and the toilet door is unusable. You have to choose between closing the toilet or the shower. It might seem like a clever interior design feature, but after using the toilet, you have to open it to access the bathroom. Horrible! When we arrived at 21:00, the staff told us that street parking was free until 9:00 the next day. However, at 21:56 and my brother 21:59, we received a 2x36-euro penalty for street parking. From 22 is free. The hotel's garage charges 25 euros for one night, which I think is high, especially when you're already paying for rooms.

The air conditioner functions effectively, and the breakfast is delightful. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is centrally located. The interior design is appealing, and the bed offers great comfort.

My only criticism would be the bathroom in the room. With the sliding door we had to choose between having the toilet or shower exposed. The door also didn't give great privacy even when closed. Was kind of awkward.

The hotel was very nice, especially for the price. Also close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (which I think is rare for Vienna). The room was also very nice, despite being so close to public transport and a large street we couldn't hear anything in our room.

There is no shower curtain or glass in the shower. So everytime we take a shower, it is wet all over the bathroom floor.

Location was good. 2 U-bahn lines in 5 min walk. 20-25 min till Haus des Meeres and Technical Museum. Breakfast was good, but the same.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here, the room was a perfect choice for a short stay in Vienna. It was super clean and we especially appreciated the air-conditioning during hot summer days. Everyone from the staff was really nice and helpful!

The rooms are of decent size. Both room and bathroom was clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The place is just 5 mins walk from nearest U Bahn station, so much easier to commute if you do not have your own car. The room has A/C and it was very comfortable during August heat. Will definitely go back to this place for next trip to Vienna
