Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Located just an hour’s scenic drive from Salzburg Airport, Alpine Life Resort Lürzerhof sits perfectly within the Austrian Alps, accessible by passing picturesque villages and charming towns like Radstadt. On arrival, ample underground parking makes it easy for visitors to transition seamlessly into a relaxing retreat. The reception team was warm and efficient — I was in my room within 10 minutes. The rooms are designed with a tasteful blend of natural wood and slate, harmonizing beautifully with the surrounding mountains, bringing the outdoors in and creating a cozy alpine vibe. The true highlight here is the spa. Thoughtfully designed with various relaxation hideaways, it’s the perfect place to recharge. The sauna experience was especially memorable; the “sauna master” leads daily sessions that are not only expertly curated but deeply rejuvenating. There’s also a cinema room and relaxation pods for a bit of downtime — a welcome touch for guests looking to unwind. Families will find plenty to enjoy, too. The resort includes a heated pool, spacious play areas, and abundant outdoor space. In winter, Alpine Life Resort Lürzerhof is ideal for skiers, with proximity to popular skiing towns like Obertauern and Flachau. A shuttle service makes it easy to get to and from the slopes without any hassle. SwedenOnly 2 small complaints: for a 4 star superior hotel, I personally think that the hair dryer on the wall should be substituted for a proper one. And a hair conditioner should also be provided.
