Great food - I’m a veggie and every meal was delicious (though only one option unlike meat eaters). The standout though was the staff. Everyone was delightful and upbeat and went out of their way to help eg housekeeping searching empty rooms to replenish our mint tea bags. The laundry lady who had loaded her trolly into the loft but came and backed it out so we could use it. The Maitre d’ who moved tables so we could sit side by side as we struggle with hearing in noising environments.

We wanted to book for next year, but there is no availability!

We got an unexpected upgrade to a room with the slopes view. The food was very good, especially the breakfast - it has a lot of variability, and the quality of the ingredients was really good. 5 course dinner was very good as well. We enjoyed the spa, especially the open air pool. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing - right at the entrance there is a tunnel to the lift.

This was our second stay in the hotel, we wouldn’t come back if we didn’t like it :)

Although it’s a 4-star hotel, the atmosphere from the moment you arrive feels even better than in some 5-star hotels. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—it truly feels like home. The spa is amazing, especially the outdoor one, which I absolutely love. We travel a lot, and this is one of the few hotels we return to—and we’ll definitely come back again. And it is so easy to get to the ski lift, there is escalator just outside which takes you the two ski lifts

We liked everything, you go down the stairs and you are on the gondola... sauna, open hot pool, Turkish bath... excellent breakfast... all recommendations. We will be back next year.

waiters at breakfast. They have issues between them and one of them has an attitude. Otherwise all super nice. Also people have drinks at the exterior pool ok in the pool which i find outright a health risk since it all goes in the water.

Perfect location for skiing great slopes for intermediates & town is only a short walk from Madlein There is also a great restaurant Eldorado next door fabulous Steak! The MAD Spa is perfect & the massage we had great too!

The rooms were a little on the smaller side.

The location was right next to the gondola! I liked the breakfast spread and the staff was very friendly and inviting. I enjoyed the steam room, sauna and hot tub, but it could be packed at times. For Ischgl it had great pricing even when I booked in October time frame when everywhere was almost booked out.

The hotel was occupied by 85% men (as the rest of the resort) which made it a bit uncomfortable for 2 women to visit the spa areas. We visited the Mad club on Friday night for an hour, the place was almost empty even though the hotel was fully booked and the music was mediocre.

We were upgraded to the best room of the hotel because they didnt want to move us around rooms as there was a small mixup with the bookings. So this took our stay to another level. Beautiful lounge areas, with wood burning fireplace, nice music, friendly staff, tasty cocktails.

Wonderful hospitality, great wellness area, gastronomy and catering just perfect. Easy access to the ski lift. Not being here for the fist time and hopefully not for the last time. Depends on price level. We will be happy to come back again.

The room was fully equipped with an amazing balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed sheets were out of this world. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Furthermore, it was very quite and after a long day of skiing and having dinner we were able to fully rest and get the energy we needed for the next day! The spa was very relaxing and had a very cool sauna and whirlpool outside. It was perfect, it felt like all the guests were very happy to be there and they were all on the same level and all supepr friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! It had a vast array of fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, etc. It was absolutely delicious and it was the perfect way to start the day!

Smoking inside is a real downside for us, but we understand it is allowed in Austria. It is the only negative about the hotel. However, the staff were very helpful and moved us to a room on the corner with more windows (to reduce smoke exposure from other rooms) when we expressed a concern about it, so I can’t fault them as they went over and above to make us more comfortable during our stay!

Beautiful design hotel, great location, spa is amazing, fantastic food at breakfast and dinner. Staff were amazing. The restaurant manager in particular was exceptional! She was very friendly and professional with all guests, including lots of little children who seemed to flock to her, but she took it in her stride. She is a real star of the hotel!

If I had to say something we didn’t like it would be that the breakfast room was sometimes very busy and service was slow for coffees etc. as mentioned in other reviews.

This hotel is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, close to the gondola and with ski storage room. The spa is very relaxing after a long day on the slopes, especially the outdoor heated jacuzzi. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests and allowed us to access the spa after skiing on day of checkout. Plenty of options of breakfast and food was very nice. Would love to return again sometime.
