- some cold wind from window area (isolation) and some gap in a doorway - make the room temperature lower - there is no fence in bath (water from the shower can be on the floor) - lack of tea kettle in a room

Very good location in the main square and the hotel has a perfect atmosphere which fits into the great vibe of the beautiful Mariazell. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast!

Mattress is a bit too soft for us, but still, we slept like babies.

The hotel is in the city center, right across from basilica, the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent (13€ per person in 10/2024), parking is available and free.

Bathroom was small, especially between sink and toilette. A smaller sink would improve the size of the bathroom. Some storage for cosmetics would be helpful.

The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room overlooking the City Square. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the Basilika other restaurants and the supermarket. Breakfast and coffee were delicious.I liked the bar, where we could have a drink before going to bed. Nice view from terrace.

Unfortunately, not possible to dine spontaneously in the restaurant at 19:30h. We were really looking forward to having dinner there because of the great reviews, however, we were informed that only guests with half board would be served dinner. A gentleman staff was kind to recommend places to us.

Great team, helpful staff. Good management surely plays a big role. Room was more than comfortable and very clean. Free parking. Limited variety of breakfast, I must add that it was really more than sufficient for us, because what was offered were all absolutely fresh!!! The bread was fresh and crispy, scrambled eggs done with perfection. Coffee offered was brewed and nice and strong. We definitely will stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Nothing to complain, all was good and the value for money was excellent.

The receptionist was the most helpfull and nicest person ever welcoming us to the hotel and certainly made our quick stay in Mariazell very memorable. Also, the breakfast was very, very good !

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the view from our room was awesome. I really enjoyed the people at this hotel. They even let us park in their lot after we checked out so we could go for a long walk and see the town. 😉
