Hong KongNo major complaints. Only a couple of niggles: there were only two electric sockets in the room (there was a third but too high up the wall to be much use), and the cleaning staff ensured that all power to the room was cut during the day if you were out, so any phone/tablet/etc charging couldn’t be done until you got back to the room. Finally, a small fridge would be a great addition to the room. However, these were very minor issues and didn’t detract from a great stay at the hotel.
Beautifully appointed hotel on the main St Anton strip, within very short walking distance from the main ski lifts, supermarket and an abundance of restaurants including its own (did not experience). Spacious open-plan room with a very comfortable bed. The two saunas and steam room (immaculately clean) were a huge plus at end of the skiing day, as was the daily buffet afternoon tea with a great selection of treats. Breakfast buffet also very good and charming staff. Good ski room facilities in the basement.

AustraliaSometimes difficult to communicate with staff. I was unable to phone the reception from my room. Elevator would’ve been welcomed with open arms too.
Sauna was excellent, room was modern and clean with a nice peaking view of the mountain. Housekeeping was excellent too. The breakfast buffet was incredible with a lovely woman to greet me each morning. Snacks abundantly available which is great after a long day of skiing. The robes and slippers were a nice touch.

Where to start, it's one of the best experiences I've had in terms of service. The communication before arrival was perfect, we arrived early morning and could leave our luggage in the lobby and it was delivered to our room once ready. We were also allowed to have breakfast (excellent, fresh eggs, healthy choices). The skiraum is great, even offering glasses of water (never seen before). Apparently there is also free coffee and snacks, but we didn't try those as we were busy apres skiing. The staff really makes the difference in this hotel, making skiing an truly trouble-free experience. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. We have already booked next year again.

United KingdomA creepy male guest from the hotel telling our daughter to take her swimming costume off in the sauna, and another one standing for several minutes staring at our daughter in the shower in the spa, which she found very unnerving. The whole "naked sauna" thing should be optional rather than expected and it should be made absolutely clear to male guests what is and is not acceptable behaviour.
Incredibly helpful staff, quick and easy check-in at the main hotel next door, followed by a tour of the rooms we had booked and the facilities by one of the reception team. Very comfy rooms, lovely bedlinen, and absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent, couldn't have been better, and just what was needed for a family ski holiday.
