We were there at November and weather was cols and windy. I didn't find how fully close a window because there is some "forced" ventilation. So it was blowing in. If it's possible to close it then there should be some guide how to do it.

It's not far from city center. Rooms are nice.

No one came in to clean our room whilst I was there, had to go and ask for top ups of shower gels and toilet roll which wasn't an issue but made me wonder how often they actually clean the facilities

common areas weren't kept clean especially during snowy and rainy days. not enough bathroom necessities and when we requested for new towels, nobody came to replace them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a place to buy water and snacks in the lobby and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. Location is very accessible, only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Easy Access to the centre of Vienna. Room is good value for money but cleanliness can be improved.

The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi connection which didn't always have a great signal in my room and sometimes disconnected. However, partly due to my forgetfulness, partly because I had enough GB available on my phone, I never communicated this inconvenience to the staff.

The room, even if not excessively big, allowed a very comfortable stay. Overlooking the main street, it was equipped with a private bathroom, double bed, sofa, desk, TV, a long coat hanger and an open cabinet for storing suitcases, clothes and other objects. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was excellent, the structure was well heated. The hotel was very close to the metro and the tram stop, and located in a very quiet and well-stocked neighborhood (With 2/3 minutes of walk you can reach two supermarkets and some places where you can have some take-away food. Less than 10 minutes away on foot you can reach one of the "Ströck" stores, where it is possible to have breakfast and taste typical Viennese products.) The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have selected parking as option in booking while making the reservation, they don’t have parking, they send you to park near the area, 10 minutes walking and you pay 9 EUR per day (cost is good but the distance not…). In the bathroom there was hair at the shower and somewhere on the wall. The room looks like a maximum 2 stars place. When I have arrived the lady from the Reception had a client, she asked me to come back in 5 minutes; while returning, already being there, she took another client and she called another lady for me, I am sorry I did not asked why…

The distance to the Center of the city is very good, maximum 10 minutes for walk. The beds are comfortable.

Our room happened to be the one (the only one) right next to the elevator, so we could hear noises of people arriving to our floor pretty well, but not so much during the night.

All in all, it was a nice experience! Our room was clean and prepared on time. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was also pretty decent for the price (good selection of things + big dining area). The hotel is not too far from center (we chose a 5 min walk + quick tram to get to the city center), but far enough to escape the crowds.

The room was very clean. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm and everyday the bathroom and the toilet were cleaned. The bedding and towels were also very clean. The room had air conditioner so I suppose in summer too it would be a good option. The hotel/hostel is about 5-7 minutes away from an U-Bahn station which connects it very well to the entire city. There is also a supermarket about 3-4 minutes away from the hotel which is very convenient.

You had to put your card into a box to get electricity in the room. So you couldn't charge your phone during the night if you don't want to sleep with the lights on or you couldn't just turn on your bed light and switch of the rest of the light

Actually the room was like a hotel, quite comfortable. However, it should be a dormitory that could include 4 people. Before I moved in, there were 2 guests occupied almost all spaces in the room including the bathroom.
