My apartment was 303 and it was on top floor under the roof and can you imagine there was no AC in it Luckily, the outdoor temperature was bearable, so I opened up the window

We didn’t like that when we moved the beds to have them together it was very dirty underneath; it was full big balls of dust and also dirty underwear. My little one and my husband were snizing lots and didn’t sleep well. And we told them but we didn’t get an answer until the last day where they offered us a dessert from the restaurant. I would have prefered to get the room cleaned. Also, its very noisy. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything.

Extremely thin walls and lots of noise coming from room next door. You could hear conversations, people walking, people putting hangers into the wardrobe. I had to sleep with earplugs and noise machine and still could hear everything. I think the walls were made out of paper. I would sadly not stay here again.

It was close to Embassy of South Africa which I was visiting during this stay. The restaurant next door was nice and they served good pizza.

In the hotel is an italian style restaurant ( the food is great). It is open to 11 am. The room 105 was extremly noisy (because of the restaurant and the other rooms) for us. If you want to sleep before midnight it is not your choice. Maybe the upper rooms are better.

nothing not to like

The triple room was very comfy, spacious, with a big, clean and full equipped bathroom. The check-in was fast, as a matter a fact was a selfcheck-in .. really nice and simple. The location was not close to the city center, but a tram (no 38) is near by and goes directly (about 30 min) to the most important attraction of the city. The area is quiet and nice, safe during the night. The restaurant/pizzeria is very close and also some shops at 5 min distance.

The check was a bit stressful. I would have appreciated if the whole check in procedure (including codes for the hotel and room door) was sent to me in written at least one day before arrival. When I arrived in Vienna my message center in the Booking app was blocked and I could not read the info with the codes to check in, which was sent the same day few hours before check in. One hour before the check in time I called the hotel number to ask, no one replied. I arrived at 6 a.m. in the morning and since there is no hotel staff at reception in the hotel (everything is modern and "smart"), I could not leave the luggage there until the check in time. The hotel staff explained earlier, there was an option to leave the luggage in the restaurant but only after 11h (since the hotel is far away from Vienna center and I could not just come back). There was no refrigerator in the room and the hygiene was not at a decent level (dirty windows, hair in the bathroom, no daily emptying of the trash from the bins in the room).

The room was as described, small but decent. The hotel is well connected to the city center with S-bahn 38 in a 20 minutes' drive. There was a coffee machine with coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water in the room from the hotel. The bed linens were clean and sparkling white. The pillow was comfortable. There was soap and shower gel in the bathroom. The surrounding was quiet, there was a wonderful Magnolia tree in front of the hotel.

I think the coffee machine in my room was broken

The self check-in process was really convenient and simple. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and the tram across takes you right to the center. I enjoyed my stay and would be sure to be back
