On my arrival (30 minutes past check-in time) I was informed by the automatic system that my room was not ready. I pointed it out to the restaurant staff, which apparently fixed the problem after additional waiting. Nevertheless, as I entered the room I found that it had been clearly cleaned up in a hurry: there were two different kinds of hair on the pillow and crumbs on the tray, the wc was dirty and even the bathroom tiles were pink spotted! As for the general state of the room, it had no fridge, the walls were stained, and the table soon revealed wobbly legs. Additionally, the soundproofing was simply non-existent, so that I could hear distinctly not only the noise from the restaurant below, but even my neighbours' conversation, sneezes and flush.

Fine location in Döbling: Grinzing and the Vienna woods are close at hand, the 38 tram to the city center stops just round the corner. Two bottles of water provided for free.

Not all of the checkin was in English. I think how to load the key cards remained mostly in German, which I dont know. My husband has some German, so he helped figure it out and we eventually figured it out. We could have probably found someone in the restaurant to help if we had not figured it out.

The smart checkin had an English option. Coffee/tea in the room. Very nice size. Love the little balcony. Lift. I was able to take a long walk from the hotel and most of it was in the countryside. Being able to reach nature is very important to me and these big cities don't have much. Close to trams.

In my room everything was exceptional besides the lack of balcony but this is the design of the hotel.

The spacuos big room, coffee machine, the staff, the sekfcheching maching and chech-out, the hotel has lift and a very nice restorant on the first floor.

As we rented the car it was only 20 min to get the city center. Two rooms were very good solution for a family with a child. everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable.

- The room, the towels, and our bed all smelled like freshly lit cigarettes (opened the window, but the smell remained). We couldn't find any smoke detectors... - The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. - It was too cold (turned on the heating, nothing changed) - Sent a message to the hotel, no answer Our clothes are smelly now, which is far from great.

This is simply a superb accommodation, a big room, and luxurious contemporary design style furniture. Check-in, check-out, and room access completely self. A tremendous example of Italian hospitality in Vienna! It is well connected to the city via Tram 38. Moreover, it is perfect if you want to explore the winery area of Nußdorf. Alternatively, the Italian restaurant below, it will for sure seduce you with the mouthwatering smell of pizza made with a traditional wood fire oven.

The temperature in the room was too high, as if they had heating on / No soap in the shower / Noisy surroundings and poor sound isolation in the rooms / Communication with the hotel was terrible. They sent like two emails a day, which contain zero useful information / No wending machines

The walls are too thin/not well insulated, I could hear my neighbour snore loudly.
