How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Amazing place to stay. Very good location. All personal are friendly. This hotel is being powered by international students who are working on reception. So you will have a huge chance to meat someone who speaks your language as it happened in our case. Positive feedback by points: - Very clean. - Room has microwave - Fast wi-fi - Good TV & channels (multiple languages) - Laundry available - Location AMAZING - 5 min by foot till closest tram or subway. From which 5-10 min to all must see places in Vienna Negative points: -Unfortunately do not have additional bed for small babbies included. Extra fee for it is to high.

The only flaw is the lack of a mirror in the room (only present in the bathroom), it would be useful to have it maybe on the inner door of the cabinets. of a mirror
Recently renovated hotel, clean and spacious triple room, very practical and spacious wardrobe, kind personnel. Good and varied breakfast. Excellent price-quality ratio

The room was extremely hot! To the point where I do not think they should operate the hotel in these conditions, or at least they should not charge what they do when guests get so uncomfortable. Each room had a fan but it made very little difference. As a result we were sweaty all the time and could only sleep very late in the night and with the window open, but due to this and the noise outside, the kids couldn't sleep well and were tired all the time. The hotel is actually a student housing, so there was a kitchen but no sofa and everything was spartan. The breakfast was good and one of the reasons we booked this place, but children pay full price when in most places they get a reduced price as they don't eat half add much as adults.
The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. The location was great, with a supermarket and the tram nearby. It's also easy to walk to the center and there's a big park nearby ideal to take the children at the end of the day. The room had blinds which we only discovered how to control the 3rd night but which are good to keep the light out when the sun is out very early.

The only thing I dislike is that it’s lacking the AC in the rooms, they only provide fans.
I liked most of the things like location, very clean, friendly staff, possibility to store luggage.

One of our rooms was small, extremely hot and noisy if the window was opened. The second room we had booked for relatives was nicer though, There were additionally some works on the street that started 6:30 am and after that it was impossible to sleep. Of course, this is likely transitory, until the works are finished.
Friendly staff, always available, very good breakfast. Overall good hotel. Neat and clean.

The only minuses are that there isn't an air conditioner in the room and also that when they cleaned our room they didn't clean our utensils.
Good location, 5 minutes from bus stop and ten minutes from a train station. The staff was super friendly and responsive. The room was very clean.

Not the best of locations. Air conditioning not very effective so got hot and sweaty in the room.

Too soft pillows. One key for 3 visitors.
Friendly and cheerful personnel. Clean and tidy room and other facilities. A lot of storage space for clothes. Comfortable beds. Kitchenware in the room. Great breakfast.
