The kitchen was fully equipped and great, it just lacked a cooking stove/ induction. Which was a major bad factor.

Transport facility but i bought 72 hrs ticket so i enjoyed my travel anytime with train, tram and buses included. So it was not really a bit problem for travelor. We love to travel and explore.

I am travelor, i travel most of the time and this hotel was very nice. It goes with thw travelor taste. It has a marvelour kitchen, large room with very good interior design and modern. It has beautiful garden with natural trees and rivers. I enjoyed seeing duck on the river. And the pure air and oxygen.

Comfortable beds. The owner can make you breakfast for a few euros in the mornings + you get 1 cup of coffee for free. The location of the hostel is reasonably fair - it is just a 15 min ride by train and you are in Vienna. There is Billa supermarket just around 300 m away. The hostel is silent and is surrounded by nature. There are ducks in the river! Wifi works fine, as well (they upgraded the routers recently).

There is no free towel included in the accommodation price - either you rent it (small price) or use your own.

This hostel is a place where you can rest from the buzz of Vienna. The location of the hostel is reasonably fair: you just take the local train S50 (it commutes every 15-30 min) and you arrive at Wien Westbahnhof in just 15 min, and there you take a subway to the Hofburg Palace (a few stops, you arrive in 5 min). Google Maps show you everything and is accurate. If to to from the city center to this hotel: you go to the Volkstheater stop and the subway U3 (just do not mix the directions!), ride for 5 min to Wien Westbahnhof and take a very comfortable local train S50 (it has 220V charging sockets if you need them), ride for 15 min till the Wien Weidlingau stop and cross the river and the hostel is on the left side (walk around 50 m). THERE IS NO NEED TO BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR S50 TRAIN AS THE SAME DAILY-WEEKLY VIENNA TICKETS ARE VALID! There are local fast-food pizzerias and other catering places close enough in just a 2-10 min walk. There is Billa supermarket just around 300 m away, there are other catering places on the way to Billa supermarket, as well. Outstandingly comfortable beds. The hostel is not overcrowded and calm. There are no queues for showers. There is a washing machine to use free of charge (just bring your washing liquid or use an ordinary hand-washing liquid soap, it works fine, as well).

I stayed in the mixed dorm and there was no privacy everything was in the open. No lockers in the room where i could leave my bag, had to leave it on the floor. There were 3 charging outlets in a room of 4. The hallway outlet also doesn’t work. Hard to make friends, went to the kitchen to eat and maybe meet some people, but it was completely empty. Maybe I didn’t go at the right time…

There were no bunk beds and was the most spacious hostel room I’ve been in and pretty clean. Our room had entrance to balcony. Kitchen has everything except stove.

The staff felt non-existent, also there were two rooms of the same number that caused confusion

The wifi wasn't great and it is quite far from the airport so if you have an early or late flight it is difficult to get there

The wifi wasn´t working very well in the room, but maybe it had been better in the common space area - didn´t try.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room, but it’s the same everywhere in Europe!

A very clean hostel. Bathrooms are quite luxurious for a hostel. Beds are comfy. We had a double room, would’ve liked the beds to be together but still very pleased. This hostel has an Italian restaurant next to it where you can get a pizza and soft drink for 7.90€. Highly recommend doing that. 5 minute walk from shopping centre, which has a McDonald’s, lots of clothes shops ie Zara and New Yorker, and supermarket there too. And ATM. 5 minute walk to train station where you can go to the city centre with no bother.

Basically, everything was excellent, I have nothing to complain about

Excellent staff, very helpful with any request, very clean and new rooms, comfortable mattress, huge (but a little disorganized) kitchen with enough place for 6–7 people. Although far away from the city center, the railway station is just behind the hostel, and it takes 17 minutes to get to the city.

Unable to call administrator at night by phone or to find him on reception (at night or late evening after 9 PM) would be cool to have some bell for calling him. Also we should watch for our free parking place because it was occupied by other clients time to time.

Administrators know english very well and very kindness and always try to help and help indeed. Also hotel oncly compensated a fine for unupropriate parking neer the hotel. We appreciate that.

There is no hotel parking. However, we didn't have trouble to find a parking spot in the vicinity in the late evening.

Due to unexpected complications we came late in the evening and were late for the check in, but the option of picking up the keys from a box saved the situation. Also, the staff was very helpful, responding to our emergency queries even after their working hours. The room was large, there was plenty of space inside. For that price it was a really great choice.

There is no boiler in the kitchen, ı think it is not for safety issues. Also the bed is comfortable but just whenever you need to turn in bed, bed crate some noise, but it is ok

It was quiet in general but that's why you could hear closing doors from other rooms. Especially through the panoramic window next to the entrance to the block. The parking availability at the location needs to be double checked. They have only two available and must be confirmed before arrival. Although it was stated that the payment is on arrival, they charged me immediately at the booking time. That was very unpleasant. You cannot write one thing on the page and then do vice-versa.

Looks all new. It was very quiet, maybe because few customers were in. Nice kitchen and bar with nice terrace. Train station nearby. Big and cheap parking nearby.
