There are a lot missing in the room, like mirror, and heating system, and for winter ist really cold and not having a heating system on winter is a killing vibe , also mirrors for girls rooms are very important.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the parking situation during my recent stay at your hostel. Your listing states that free parking is available, which was a key factor in our decision to book. However, upon arrival, we parked in front of the building and were informed that this was not a designated parking area and that no parking spaces were available. As a result, we had no choice but to move our car to a P+R facility, which was not only far from the hostel but also incurred additional costs. To our surprise and frustration, upon returning to the hostel, we noticed three cars parked in the same area where we were initially told parking was not allowed. This inconsistent and misleading information caused unnecessary inconvenience and left us feeling dissatisfied with our experience. I kindly request clarification on your parking policy and an explanation for this discrepancy. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to prevent future misunderstandings for other guests.

They didn’t have heater inside the room and they didn’t provide any soap nd towels. And also somebody stole my food nd can’t do anything..so worst experience 😖😖😖

This hostel, known for its rude staff, provided me with a truly awful experience. They abruptly canceled my prepaid reservations without any prior notice. When I contacted them to sort it out, they stubbornly claimed I had agreed to the cancellation, which is absolutely false. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund, but they also failed to offer an alternative room. This kind of behavior is nothing less than a scam. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this hostel when making a booking.

•A wrong room. I booked a single room,but they prepared a twobedroom for me and a strange man. I was so scared because I stayed one night with the strange man in the small room. Fortunately, he was so kind man. I texted about it BUT they replied at midnight and they JUST sent the picture of my new room’s number, they never apologized for it They never texted me. I don’t get angry with that happened, I get angry with this hostel’s staff’s behavior. • just one stove •few fork •weak WIFI •the housekeeper entered my room three times suddenly. •someone ate my foods. I think the staff will delete my review or disagree with my review. But this is true. I don’t recommend this hostel.

The room is absolutely filthy. I first walked into find it smelling of paint and dirt. I found stains all over the bedsheets and hair inside the bed. The carpet isn’t fitted corrected and kept moving and was also covered in black marks and hairs. The WiFi password that they give you does not work until you find the box yourself and connect that way. I only saw one member of staff my whole time there. When I complained I was offered another room… for €48 extra per night

Location was good- a few places nearby to get food however these close early Simple train/ bus into city centre takes around 45 minutes

There were NO staff anywhere the whole time so, no reception, no bar, nothing! The Wi-Fi was terrible.

The room was lovely and the showers, toilets etc were all good.

First of all, situation with heating was terrible. We were there at the end of September, and at the night temperature descended to +8, and in the room was really cold. After the first night (!) I got earache, my wife started coughing. When I asked administration about heating, they told me "There is no heating in the rooms yet. Central heating works, but unfortunately it won't be switched on until September". And ofc, at the begining of October there was no heating. Secondly, there was problem with insects in our room. I killed 5 brown marmorated stink bugs and I saw two cockroaches on the stairs. Also, absense of banal hangers and bedside tables was really uncomfortable.

The room was clean. The bathroom and kitchen was also good. The neighborhood was calm.

This place is located in the middle of nowhere. Extremely hard to find. There is nobody there anytime at all. No reception 24 hours a day. No kitchen. No lockers. No communal room. Lots of terrible people staying there without any supervision by the owner. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Don’t be there on Sunday as everything is closed and I mean all stores.

I liked the view from our room. It is very calm and quiet because of the river. Train station is just behind the hostel but if you plan on staying long in the night, the train works till 00

There was a smell in the room. Like it hadn’t been aired properly for weeks. Not pleasant and it did not go away. Shared bathroom and toilet were fine but door handle was broken. Not enough hooks in shower rooms to hang towels and clothes and for some reason no hooks at all in toilet. No ventilation in toilet so the smell remained …

We had no wifi for the first day and a half. We also had no hot water for 36+ hours, which was fairly disappointing. Room was fairly clean apart from a past visitors old contact lenses left of the night stand.

The room was nice and big and we had a nice view out our window and a stream.

I didn't have access to wi-fi. I notified the personal about it but they didn't help me. During the entire stay I didn't have wi-fi. Location - you have to use train and metro to arrive at the city center. About 30-40 min. During one day I didn't have hot water.

No Wi-Fi for our whole stay, I tried to investigate this and found they’re in arrears for their Wi-Fi payments and therefore we (the paying guests) lose out without any communication on this. They promised to refund a day for this and then ignored all further messages. Also upon arriving we requested a double bed as advertised yet had two singles. Only 1 bathroom shared between 3 double rooms (6 people). Dirty top found shoved down the side of one of the beds. Cleaner opening the door without knocking 1 hour before check out time. No staff around whatsoever. No breakfast as advertised. Both contact number and emergency number don’t answer the calls.

No parking space for cars. Free wifi is limited to one floor down, and does not work very good. Poor range of GPS phones. Other Wifi codes on the foolers redirect to owners page - internet unpaid. Dishawasher was full of smelly dishes. No one could start it, because someone who installed it was an idiot. The dishwasher has to be pulled out by the door to be able to close and work. I needed Polish engineer to figure it out. Hope all smelly dishes we started to wash, were done.

Clean, comfortable, best value for price/vaue. Good contact with owner, cleaning stuff. Close to train station.

No service at all. I can understand there is no reception. But no hot water in the bathroom?! What is more important, no Wi-Fi! I texted them and they didn’t reply. And they finally send me a common room place, but network there was terrible. I can not use it to buy ticket on my phone, they might set some restrictions and my laptop can’t even open any page with the Wi-Fi there! I can’t believe this!
