Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeThe gym is at level -1, which looks a bit austere. All the rest was great!
The staff made us feel very welcome. There are welcome drinks, and we can get coupons (1 per person) for each day we don't ask for cleaning, which we can exchange for drinks (even beer and wine), sandwiches or ice cream! We had a special request for our honey moon and they did prepare a small welcome gift, that they left on the bed side table, which gave us a great start in Vienna! The room was very spacious, with a large desk, space for makeup, and all amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, ...). One of the best hotels we've staid at for this budget!

SlovakiaThe bathroom and bed were ok but carpet looked really old and it was dirty on more places so we did not take our shoes off. We did not fell very cosy and they should definitely do something about that carpet because it made the whole feeling miserable.
Location was fine about 20 minutes to city centre. There are Belvedere garden right next to the hotel and there are amazing, even better than Schonbrunn. There was nice coffee shop near - Coffee & friends with very friendly owners and great coffee.

Portugalair conditioning was not working during our stay. The room was very hot during night. The staff told me that they had a pontual problem with AC, but nobody was told us about the problem before or during the check-in. It was necessary to complain for they care about the problem.. they offered us a fun! I think it is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel
