We ordered 2 bottle of water during our stay and it was 6 eur for each bottle of water. Dont order from the hotel better at the market. Just when we were there there were no markets open saturday 6 pm and sunday. Also we didnt have slippers in the room and no fridge so have that in mind.

Everything was great! Easy to reach from the Central station, a tram stop is literally in front of the hotel, a quiet area, but to the city is only 20 min by public transport. Everything is clean and new. The bed was very comfy. The hotel is nicely designed, everything is clean and new. A very friendly and helpful stuff. The fee for dogs is 15 euro which is very good price. In 2 stops from the hotel there are nice spots for breakfast or beer.

We like the property because it was in a good location wise. When you come out the hotel the tram is literally right outside, it made our travel to go around so easy. Also there’s so many shops and restaurants around. The room is very nice warm and comfortable.

There is so many things wrong with this hotel its hard to list all of them. Bottom line is when you want to stay in a place with demotivated and upright lazy staff members who do not care at all about your business, sleep 10 meters from one of the busiest rail lines in Austria with no soundproofing, have a room that is designed to be quite unpractical for Homo Sapiens, and be 30 minutes away from Heldenplatz for the price of a downtown hotel, than this joint is the perfect choice for you.

But I didn’t like breakfast. It wasn’t good for price. When we get up, honey and fruits were out. Rooms were too small. There was no wardrobe in tho room. My room too close to the railway. It seemed like trains passed by our room all night. However I wanted a quiet room.

Beds were comfortable. It was close to public transport. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly.

The location was relatively remote, but there are metro stations right across the street, so mobility is not a problem at all. This room is fine, very small, the room was clean but after a night of scratching I found out that I was bitten by a bedbug, that I killed it and blood came out. I asked to change the room and they changed but the new room was full of hairs on the bed, the room was even smaller and was not clean and there were insects in the room. The entrance to the hotel had a terrible smell and there was no WIFI our entire stay at the hotel The hotel is far from the center
