Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Cosy and modern hotel in a very good location. 5 min. walk from train station (S7 from airport, Traisengasse station). Also tram line 2 (right across the street) takes you to city center or metro stations. The fact that there was a garden where you could smoke and have your breakfast, coffee or drink is a big plus.

United KingdomMorning staff quite rude. No explanations about parking, almost looking at you like you an idiot of you ask something or don't get something, didn't get smile even once. Even when making eye contact, won't even say good morning. Just gives the feeling like you are really unwanted there. Rooms could be much cleaner. When I came in the first night there still were crisps crumbs on the table, carpet definitely not hoovered and spider just walking in the bathroom.
Interior is really nice. Breakfast were great. Good location. Evening staff nice and polite. If couple things could be fixed it would be a really great hotel!

HungaryNoisy, small, cold! Worst hotel experience on my life. Trains go every 2-5 mins only 20 meters from your room. Sleep is only possible after 12:30am and 5:30am. Also the A/C was extremely cold, I had dress in all my clothes in the middle of summer. The ventilation noise was also high. Left hotel early morning, any coffee or park is quieter than this hotel. Rooms are so tight because the bed almost takes all space from the room. NEVER AGAIN!

I like the design of the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room, whole hotel is well maintained and breakfast is tasty. Location is good too - tram and train is nearby. This was my second stay in Niu Franz, been there couple years ago and the team keeps the profesionalism and high level of the place.

ItalyThe niu Franz is by far and away one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and very close to trams, U-Bahn and S-Bahn; super breakfasts with a lot of variety both sweet and savoury; spacious, modern, bright and very clean rooms; extremely friendly staff (it was a pity that Giorgia and her blonde colleague who greeted us when we arrived weren't there when we checked out... Really super nice, I would have gladly said goodbye to them). I also find the free drink idea superb if you opt for a sustainable stay without unnecessary waste. I hope to return to Vienna soon, because I madly love this city and will definitely book here again. See you soon!

PolandWe were going to opera, so I asked for iron 24 h before the evening out and repeated my request few more times, and they could not track where all the iron are (somewhere in the hotel taken by other guests). I had to literally buy new clothes that evening.. Also, after 4 days we were looking for some change in breakfast, no option to order something from the kitchen, but this one is just picking. I highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely visit it again ;)
Great location, just next to tram stop, walk close to train stop - easy to come from/to the airport. The hotel was very good, we stayed there almost a week and we were very happy with the quality and staff attitude. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed, cleanliness, hot water and good quality cosmetics. I appreciate good quality curtains to block the light in the morning. The bar was kids friendly, we could enjoy our drinks, when kid was playing. Highly recommended, we would definitely visit again!
