Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe room.was tiny and suffocating. There was no air conditioning and the temperature inside never went below 30°C. Our heads were exploding during the night. The beds were very uncomfortable. The fun provided was ridiculous, small and insufficient. We had the worst night in a hotel ever. It looked more like a bad dormitory than a hotel and we imagine that the temperature issue is the same in winter with very hot heating in a small cage-room. We booked for 2 nights but we had to leave after the first and ask for reimbursement (the staff seemed so used to customer compliance that they reimbursed one of the two nights without much discussion). Furthermore, our attempt to reduce the temperature inside by opening the windows brought just mosquitos and noise from outside. How is it possible to manage a hotel with tiny rooms without AC in 2023? Very unrecommended!

ChinaThe rooms are indeed quite small, and locating the bedside sockets can be a bit challenging.
The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it easy to find the hotel. The rooms, as well as the public toilets and bathrooms, are immaculately clean.

The hotel is located very near to Prater park and Prater train and buss stop.Thre are many restaurants near .The public transportation stops are very ner ,so you can choose metro,bus or tramb to get to the center.
