In general good, beautiful old heritage hotel i a top location. Didnt have breakfast so cant say anything about it, but looked good.

The Bathroom window was not covered and people from the next building could see us while showering, we had to put some stuff on the window just to be able to use the bathroom and toilet

The furniture was old-fashioned, like in the Communist hotels in the 1970s. It really needs to be upgraded.

The rooms are minimalistic equipped for the price - the fridge is “loveless” placed at the floor, if you do shower in the bath hub the water spray in the middle of the room (even if you place the glass wall perfect)…

The room itself was a bit shabby (loose curtains, damaged floor) and earplugs where needed due to the trams passing by down below.

I peeked into a suite that looked very nice. Unfortunately my single room was more of a loveless affair with left-over furniture from other rooms that were renovated. A bit disappointing.

We got to Graz by car, finding the exact location with google maps to drop off our suitcases was a nightmare, easier just straight to parking garage. Our Room was a mess, the odor smell from the bathroom with old drainer a bit too strong and on our first night we weren't able to sleep much because of the broken radiator, sounded like there's a water fountain plus raindrops at the same time inside our bedroom, it was a cold December night so we had to kept it going.

Location marvelous, so close to main square and everything else. Booked two rooms for this stay, the single room in the fourth fl for the daughter was perfect, no complain. But our room *402 not so much, unfortunately. Great hotel overall, considering the age of the building, love the plants all over them and the massive mirrors by the stairs. Breakfast was decent.

The hallways and room were unexceptional. I expected the hallways and room to be a bit grander than they were. I would have liked some grand and colorful curtains or something.

The location is very central on the main square. Reception staff was helpful and polite. It is also half a block from where the tram from the train station drops you off. My room in the interior court was quiet to sleep in.

I didn't like the shower/tub. A bit slippery, no grab bar. I'm never sure whether to sit or stand in those doorless tubs. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the spacious living room could have used some more comfy chairs.

The location was great, the parking was easy. The room was huge and had a piano, which my daughter loved. We had a view of the famous clock! The staff was also friendly.

Parking is a little expensive if you come with a car but that is to be expected.

The hotel was lovely, the room was comfortable, very large and the location is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the kids loved the special kids plates and cups. It’s the little touches they remember.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, breakfast was also very nice, the staff are polite, a bit tricky to get the car in front for the check in, but everything else was really nice. Suggest if coming by car to go directly to the designated garage and bring your luggage from there since it is very close, avoid the unnecessary issues with parking in front of the hotel in a tram operated street.
