The hotel is very charming, we loved it. Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and huge. Breakfast was fantastic and staff handeled perfectly my son’s serious food allergy.

The fact that you need to go through shops to get to parking. But you have convenience parking next to the hotel.

The location was right in the city center. It was awesome. It's an amazing building from the late 1700 with high ceilings that i absolute love. The rooms where super big.

Only minors, really. Wooden floor needs some love. Creaks and groans when walking around the room. TV is due for an upgrade to a larger 4k screen with access to the ports. Include local taxes in the cost instead of on arrival. The breakfast area needs another coffee machine.

Such a lovely hotel, in the best location with friendly and helpful staff. I chose it for its historic style and we were not disappointed. The room (comfort double) was about 15ft 4.5m high, the bed large and comfortable with lots of space and a mirror at the table for my girlfriend to get ready. This was missing at 2 other hotels on the trip, so well done for that... The bathroom had been updated and with a good shower (took awhile to get hot, but got there..). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

It was disappointing. Really old furnitures, the room is not clean at all and the bed is uncomfortable, cobwebs and hair everywhere. It’s way too far from 4* hotel standards. For this price you can get better hotel options.

Perfect location in the old town. What a lovely place to stay.The room was really comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were fantastic.Not much of a view from our window but that didn't matter because there was so much to see and do in Graz. We highly recommend!

This hotel exudes old fashioned elegance, subtly updated, from the moment you walk through the door. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a wall mural concealing the entrance to the ensuite. The central atrium with it plants is an amazing feature. Very good and plentiful breakfast.

Room very outdated. Maintenance was poor. You should really fix the floor in 102. Property shows a complete lack of investment, love and care. It was disappointing to see one of Graz’s best hotels deteriorating to this degree.

The Hotel is very old, the furniture of my room was very old also. Some of the balcony passages seems it will be falling out. The bath towels are very very old.

Old! All the amenities are old! The wooden floor is cracking at every step: even an old house require maintenance - that wooden floor has not seen a wax treatment since at least 10 years. Parking was a scam: we ended up paying twice- a ticket at hotel that was invalid and again payed the underground parking at the nearby shopping center

1. The aircon was set to 22c which was way too hot when 30c+. 2. The toilet was dirty. When I showed reception photos the reply was it was an old building! 3. The curtain did not cover the window. Light was let in on both sides. When I showed reception I was told I was the first person to complain. EDIT: Thank you for your reply. However, please note that I talked with the receptionist the first evening on arrival. She told me to tell booking.com which I duly did. I then received an email from your hotel asking why not speak to them directly. I went back to the receptionist (different ones this time) and explained that I'd already discussed this with the hotel. I was then told that there was nothing to be done.

The location is perfect. The staff in the cocktail bar are super nice and mix a great cocktail.
